  1. if so the players are playing a dangerous game,if we go down would 1st div crowds of less than 1000,even pay the wage bill, with the likes of barrowman on ?1500 a week?? I would happily swap Barrowman for a packet of sausages. Cuts the wage bill, and the sausages might put more effort in.
  2. And another good thing is that East End Park is the nearest ground to me. So that'll be nice again next year. And you'll be able to watch one of the nice people who used to work his socks off for us and occasionally scored goals until Brewster fekked him off and replaced him with a twelve-year-old who can't jump but who dances really well on YouTube. Unfortunately he'll be playing against us. Yes, watching Jeff Stelling, with the Pars 3-4 down, I said "Come on Graham!" and he duly scored

  4. Excellent. If the media start saying he's sh*te then perhaps the board might be forced to take notice.
  5. Nice one. Who said what?
  6. I salute your optimism sir but find it impossible to share it.
  7. And St Mirren beating Killie. This is unreal.
  8. I have absolutely no problem with either Imrie or Rooney, both of whom I like as players. I do have a problem with inept tactics, incomprehensible substitutions, a lack of ability to continually inspire a team of players who can be superb on occasion, and a total refusal to take the blame for anything.
  9. This is the first Love St SPL game I've ever missed. I felt terribly guilty until I saw on TV that Dorman scored, and at that point I lost the will to live. All Hamilton need is a tiny run of form and luck and we are totally shafted. WTF planet is Brewster on?
  10. Robbo, great to see you on the board, and I just wish I could see you in the dugout again. Thanks for making the time to visit.
  11. Gutted that you're leaving :thumb04: :018: and really hope you'll be back soon. All the very best Baz.
  12. The players we have can play good football. The question is, why aren't they on a regular basis? The answer lies with the manager...
  13. I'd like to know the logic behind the (presumably health and safety based) standing rules. You can stand for ages before the game starts, and at half time, and they insist you stand to honour someone's death. But watching the actual game standing will induce instant death for you and everyone around you? How does that work?
  14. Nail on the head. I find it sad that people are still so bitter. No wonder there were only 89 of us at Rugby Park. Would you prefer there was no SPL football in the Highlands again? I'm sure once ICT does fold due to lack of resources you'll all be happy again.
  15. Stuck in the past? Did I miss us being European Champions for five years in a row or something?

    Predicable? Not always Clicky
  17. Some of the away displays have been vile as well. Maybe we've just been luckier away from home recently. I never thought I'd see a win in the black strip, so maybe a pile of home wins are just around the corner (always easier to feel optimistic when you've just seen a win )
  18. Just back from the game, terrific first half but Killie came storming back after the break and the second half was a bit more nerve-wracking. Everyone in midfield was terrific, not impressed subbing Barrowman and not Rooney for Wood, but we survived the late goal and penalty and so all is well with the world. The numbers of supporters on both side was terrible. Where was everyone? There must have been about a hundred of us and half the Killie stands were empty as well. Well done to AttackMan for his constant chanting, he was driving the Killie fans mad. :thumb04: And a good word for the Stewards. Very nice, chatted before the game about Tokely, Wilson and Black ("a bit wild" - came back after the yellow to say "told you!") and predicted Barrowman would score. Makes such a change from the normal fascists.
  19. As the Raith player's wife said to her friends...

No, you have impeccable taste, and now that there are three of us who like the idea of purple, I'm sure we can force it through as the next away colour
  24. Yup, I guess we'll be in the first division long enough for him to eventually work out some tactics.
