  1. Heading through with the usual Glasgow based fans. We're going to go for a couple of pints in the Grassmarket before heading to the Iona.
  2. I was at the Under 21s game in Paisley last night and it was much more enjoyable than watching the first team! A 3-0 win against Luxemberg and some great build up play from the team.
  3. Sorry Scotty but we've played Celtic only once at Parkhead. the 1-0 win. We've been humped twice at home by them. So it will be more likely we will be playing Celtic away from home.
  4. Does that mean Top Six will change his name to Top Eight Next Year?
  5. What a dire game. I didn't see the foul as I was at the other end of the stadium. None of us could understand it at the time. I didn't see the Scotland goal either as I was too busy chatting lol.
  6. It's a pain in the erse for us Highland Marchers. We don't know where we're going!
  7. Some really interesting debate on here. I've been observing closely. Time to have my say I think! SInce the first time I voted (2005) I have voted for the Liberal Democrats. At the last General Election I even canvassed for the Lib Dems down in Glasgow. They were very close to ousting the incompetent New Labour MP. I voted tactically for SNP and on the list seat the Lib Dems, to help stop New Labour at the last Scottish elections. I believe in an independent Scotland with Liberal Democrat values. Until very recently I have said that I will vote YES and then if Scotland became independent, I would then vote for the Scottish Liberal Democrats. (As long as their manifesto does not include re-joining the Union). At first I was happy to see what they would do in the coalition. I had hoped that they could really stamp their Liberal values into the UK Government. Unfortunately, they just don't have enough power and have sold their soul. It's been one thing after another though from the Lib Dems. However. this from Tavish is the last straw. I am not opposed to home rule for the Northern Isles. If the people of Shetland want it then fair enough. However, he is using them for his own political games and is quite frankly taking the ****. He's basically admitted that he's doing this to give two fingers to the Nationalist cause. I can just imagine the Shetland declaration of Independence from Tavish Scott. 'Well, if they are having independence, then so are we' (Blows raspberry at picture of Alex Salmond). It's childish play ground politics. Mind you, if the Anti-Independence campaign are successful then at least we can have the pleasure of unseating that absolute cretin of a man, Danny Alexander. I have no idea who I will be voting for in the next Scottish or UK elections. But one things for sure. I will be voting YES on 18th September 2014.
  8. Just to note, the result from the other poll with the question that has now since changed was: Yes: 24 No: 19 Interesting to see if there are any differences now.
  9. Taken from the Daily Record article: “They have won 2-1 and they are jumping around with guys flinging their arms in the air, which is great, but it’s another major decision that’s affected our prospects." Shocking actions, celebrating a win.
  10. Tyrone Smith ‏@TyroneSTV #inverness boss Terry Butcher has been served with a notice of complaint by the SFA for breaking the dugout at Dens Park last week. I blame all the people moaning about it on here!
  11. Of all the people that seem the most upset about a smashed dugout at Dens, it appears to be a few ICT fans.
  12. Tickets can be bought at the stadium (there will be plenty). The Innes is very good and quite a few ICT fans go there. I'll be there pre-match. Go to www.thetrainline.com for tickets. Instead of buying a ticket from Edinburgh - Inverness. Buy a ticket for Edinburgh - Perth. Perh - Inverness. Usually works out around a tenner cheaper - I don't know why!!!
  13. Hart got 2 goals in the end last night. Brora 5-0 Wick.
  14. Christie Tokely Calder Wilson Stewart
  15. Who's heading along to this one? I always enjoy going to Dundee. This is a huuuuuuuuge game for us in our quest for top six. Not organised with the others yet but will probably arrive Dundee early afternoon.
  16. That would be fantastic. Two of my favourite players this season. Out of our starting back 4 or G. Shinnie, Meekings, Warren and Raven, how refreshing it would be to have them all signed up for the next season by March. We've had such a high turnover of defenders in recent years.
  17. Brora are playing Wick on Wednesday night. Could we have a word with Barry and loan him there for a few days, serve his suspension at that game and get him back? Has anything like this happened before? Anywhere?
  18. Terrible game but happy with the point. I was very worried before the game. The back four were superb and handled the County threat well (get Raven signed up!!!) We controlled midfield in first half and County controlled it in second. A draw was a fair result. Great craic with my ICT and County friends pre and post match. I have been very angry at the state of Scottish football - but thank feck for the Highland derby. I hope it‘s here to stay in the top flight for a long time. Dingwall away is definately my favourite away day. Roll on the 16th... and here‘s hoping we both make top six.
  19. After the game, in the Gorgie Garry Warren Suite, Danny Wilson (who was awarded MOTM by Hearts ) gave a wee speech to the fans. He started moaning that decisions didn't go their way in the game. GIRUY!
  20. Or quickly editing Wikipedia before passing the phone over!
