  1. I spoke to the club today and was told that no English games have been confirmed yet and they couldn't give me any sort of time frame other than to keep an eye on the website. They need to get better organised.
  2. I think he can get them relegated. I don't rate him atall. He is a very unpopular manager. When he left, they were sliding down the league... hopefully he will carry on from where he left them!
  3. That's a surprise one. I thought he was going to be Formartine bound tbh. He'll be a strong asset for Brora in HL. All the best!
  4. Danny Lennon... your a butler....Danny Lennon...your a bellboy! (Due to that waistcoat he was wearing in our first trip of the season to St Midden.)
  5. Really? Superb!!!! I like your split idea (although my preferred option is no split atall!) As previously mentioned, the old filth would never vote for it. Also, the point of the split, is that teams fighting for the league / europe are playing each other at the end, and the same with the relegation candidates, which may not be the case with the alternative split idea, so IMO the current split has the potential to create exciting end of season games - dare i say it, our relegation decider with Falkirk 2 seasons ago for example. I dislike however, how we can't finish above 7 now. No split is the best way IMO.
  6. I thought we didn't play too bad but Accies were unlucky not to get a point - or maybe another way to look at it is, they didn't deserve anything for the missed chances! An emotional day indeed for Munro and Duncan. Pleasantly surprised by the size of the away support and great atmosphere / singing in the away end. Lots of Imrie chants but nothing of the offensive variety As one of the marchers, i was a bit disappointed with the decision to cancel our pitch march. Unfortunately the police over ruled Accies. Other than this, a reasonable game (2nd half esp.) and a fantastic ovation for the team / management and especially for the 2 legends!
  7. Are these games confirmed or rumours / in the process of organising?
  8. Legs are a bit tired, and I feel knackered after Highland March 9! Bring on HM10!

  9. I think the game will be remembered for a long time by ICT fans there that day. Was so disappointing at the end when we couldn't quite get that 4th goal. A glorious failure if ever there was one!
  10. Would have preferred Raith but don't mind going Dunfermline either.
  11. Not much to report on game! Dire dire stuff! I know this topic is getting old but it is a talking point - 12 people that I counted got chucked out (there may have been more). Can't be bothered going into all the details but in a nut shell.. Aberdeen fans allowed to stand whole game.. ICT fans told to sit. refusal to explain from stewards and the usual patronising, aggressive tones from them. As someone in the pub afterwards said (can't quite recall who) they should be throwing people in, not throwing people out! There'll be know-one left at this rate!

  13. 0741 train from Queen Street with a few others on here..... could be a heavy day!
  14. Thoroughly enjoyed the game. Best for a few months for sure. PC brigade were there as usual. Flag had to be removed due to it being a fire hazard... luckily the linesmans flag didn't burts into flames and my 3.99 Primark t-shirt managed to last the whole match without exploding! Seriously though, despite the poor atmosphere, I enjoyed the game and fantastic performance. Gillet was a wee bit ropey though - a few stray passes, other than this, job well done.
  15. Has anyone read the manifesto for the Scottish Christian Party? They are running in Inverness. They may get votes from well meaning Christians, but reading into their manifesto, it's quite scary. They want to bring back caning in school! Their very fundamentalist in their views.
  16. What is the SNP's view on AV? I was trying to work out if AV could help them but not sure. One thing is clear, though, with AV, the Tories will never get an MP in Scotland again. Too many people will have them at the bottom of their list!

  18. SNP for me as well. I would vote no in an independence referendum right now but their policies are better than Labours imo. Since New Labour shifted Labour to the centre ground, they are no better than the Tories. I think also, that Alex Salmond is a great First Minister and I like how the SNP are not tied down to Westminster like the rest of them. I used to do canvassing for the Lib Dems but Nick Clegg and Danny Alexander betrayed us all! My second vote will go to the Greens.
  19. I can see Accies going into oblivion. Their support is non-existent. Our away day in November there had a crowd of 2,000. Even then they were lying IMO. Hardly anyone there. They haven't won all season at home...I really hope they don't do it against us in May... either way... bye bye Accies!
  20. Red Card will never make that time!!! Brechins at night may be a write off since we're leaving that early...but you never know!
  21. Ahh I must be mistaken. One person told me but they must be wrong... still we could paddle!
  22. They really are a non-club. Maybe they should move back to Meadowbank
  23. I want Raith. Found out recently there's a ferry that goes regularly from Edinburgh to Kirkaldy. Train from Glasgow to Edinburgh then a wee boat ride would certainly make the day out a bit different.
  24. At least we'll get the ESPN monies for St J game. Stupid day for a game though. Luckily I don't need to go into work that day. Will likely be a low crowd due to it being a Monday / on TV.
