  2. Hamilton's defeat today made us officially safe. Ahh that's right. I think in the discussions yesterday we were assuming Accies would lose today!
  3. The omens are looking good for County to go down now! Hopefully an Ayr day beckons if they get each other in the play offs!
  4. Gudgies are from Dingwall. I thought that Killie played well, and we huffed and puffed a bit but we had strong work ethic and happy with the point. Killie really should have won the game with the open goal but we deserved a point... just! A few good saves from Esson as usual. Cox had a howler. I thought Morrison played well when he came on. I think that the point actually mathematically secured us SPL safety so look on the bright side! Referee was a bit ropey - weird decisions against both teams and the Killie fans seemed to be constantly booing him, but their never happy! A few Killie fans 'accidentally' found themselves in the away end and weren't happy to be moved the 1.5 metres into their end. They really are an angry support! Highlight of the game though was when they thought they scored to go 2-1 up, the taunts form their fans beside the away end backfired big style when the flag went up! That'll teach em! Good hospitality from the County supporting bar man at the Hunting Lodge, pre and post match - even engaging in a few sing songs with us. Top 6 was not to be but a hard fought well deserved point.
  5. Yes, I am looking forward to another sing off with the Killie fans at Fannys!
  6. One of my favourite away tops - you either loved it or hated it!

  9. The SPL teams in 2004 forced us into USH... If we do lose TV money, maybe Celtic should compensate us?
  10. Dundee - they voted no to us entering the SPL in 2004 along with Partick (Partick understandably as they were being relegated so not got a problem with them!) Dundee Utd - I really dislike Peter Houston Accies -Horrible stadium / support / town / pubs Falkirk - nasty support Hearts - arrogant fans
  11. Check out this video featuring Roy. I remember when this went on the TV... Sorry about all the County stuff though!! Roy gets a wee speaking part. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uTE_y2NJNJw
  12. My all time favourite ICT player. All the best!
  13. Been uber busy at work this week so just logged on for first time today. Dire game. Bad from both teams tbh. Eric could not do a thing right. Really bad. As for the ref, i don't think he was particularly bad. The problem with locations are that Scotland is a small country, and always struggle to recruit referees. I think it would be difficult to have any boundaries. For example, would a referee from the 'central belt' be biased against ICT? Where do we draw the line with it? Most refs, due to population are central belt based and trying to co-ordinate who goes where would be difficult enough without worrying about what town they live in or how far they live from a town.
  14. Why did he go to Formartine? I thought he was doing a good job with Huntly and I heard their pretty loaded. I know Formartine are loaded as well. Even still I thought he would have stayed to finish job with Huntly.

  16. Was a good day out but awful awful performance. Stewarding was brilliant - on par with killie earlier in season. What a change around since our last visit! We just didn't get in to the game at all and at 0-0 at half time, i was thinking a 0-0 draw would be the best we could hope for. Inevitably, the goals came. Really good first goal but Hogg was responsible for the build up. In saying that, I thought the rest of the game, he was quite strong for us.
  17. According to the Ross-Shire Journal online, Brewster won't be going back to County.
  18. Here's me thinking we'd be drinking coke on the Glasgow train then. First time i'll be back in Edinburgh since the Hearts game, after moving to Glasgow on the Sunday! An emotional return for me!
  19. In the words of Archie McPherson.... WOOOOOOF!
