Charges Dropped Personally, I think rightly so. Too often we hear of stories of victims being described as criminals and too often the criminals get away with it. This lad was defending his home and I think the circumstances that lead to the burglars death were as an act of defence, rather than attack. Maybe the rest of the criminal population can learn from it, and those once too scared to defend themselves because of the victim/criminal reverse, will once more be allowed to defend themselves and their property.

Myself, along with the rest of the Highland Marchers, will be staying at Lapwing Lodge. I think the nearest station is Milliken Park? It's 30 miles from Ayr and is our end-of-stage after the match, so we'll definately meet you all there (the ship inn)

...I for one certainly think so. Apart from the odd occasion where he wasn't sharp in his anticipation of the play, he was all over the park covering and dealt with everything. He seemed to have more pace yesterday too, and created a few nice through balls for rooney and foran. He also linked well with the wide men. Excellent to see him get a start, even better to see him last the 90. Well done Roy!

It is amazing, especially after so many in football circles have commmented on the entertainment and difficulty of Div1, that there isn't more coverage centres around ICT, RC and Dundee... Dundee - pace setters for much of the season with management changes, new talent, loads of money etc RC - Having arguably their best ever season (my personal fave was when they got relegated by a late gretna goal) and into THE national cup final Ourselves - League leaders and likely champions with the best forwards in the league

Not so sure I agree with you on this bit alex... Many of the people who complain may not be members, but have used the service once or twice before. If you use a service, member or non, you have a right to voice your opinion, good or bad. Even if people have not used the service, they are surely entitled to explain their reasons why - one of which (outwith the alcohol issue which is law) is the 'clique' that has formed, willingly or not, when it comes to supporters bus arrangements. One poster earlier through this thread mentioned something about singling people out as a priority compared to others who are less so. If that's not a clique then i dont know what is. I'll re-itterate what i said in a previous post, that Kath deserves a lot of praise for the years of work she's done and that perhaps through no fault of her own things have not worked out. I wish her all the best and am certain she'll enjoy football so much more without the hasstle.
