  3. Don't know about anyone else, but I'm thoroughly sick of this on-going saga. I think there has been ample time for Dargo to have received offers from any of the clubs who have expressed interest in him. So dragging it out even longer smacks of greed to me. But then, I'm in the minority camp who thinks that we won't miss him as much as most people think. I'm basing this on his goal scoring performance this season. Had he maintained last season's standard it would have been a different story.
  4. Shame. Carlisle would have been like a home game for me, just a mere 300 miles! Seriously, I know it won't happen, but from Gretna's point of view, Carlisle would have been a far better option than Motherwell. I think they would have attracted quite a few Carlisle fans just from the curiosity factor alone
  5. flavoured halitosis

  7. CH2 When I was a student at Glasgow Uni in the early 60s, I used to go to watch Third Lanark, Clyde or Partick Thistle Nil, on a fairly regular basis, as a better option than watching OF. Having said that, I must admit to being in Ibrox for a European match in about 59 or 60 with c 90,000 others.
  8. I phoned today. ICT have not yet received any tickets from St Mirren, but they are expecting them. I was told to try again on Friday (11th)
  9. Brilliant. Now all I want is for Man U to clinch the league , and whip Chelsea in FA Cup Final, and then whiner Morhinio can p**s off back to Portugal in the summer.
  10. My Dad's bigger than your Dad, so there!!
  11. stopped coming!!
  12. Signed programme from Feb 8th, 2000!
  13. Can't believe anyone would suggest losing a game for tactical reasons. Don't forget, every place in the SPL is worth money (c£80K?).
  14. I suggested Jamie Cureton on here 2 years ago, when he left my local club, Reading. At that time I suspect, hardly anyone on here had heard of him. One reaction on the forum was that ICT should not be interested in English players but only home grown Scots. How parochial and short sighted was that? However, I agree that we would have no chance of Cureton now as he is probably on a few grand a week these days.
