  1. Just noticed that Phillip Roberts has scored twice in 2017, once while on loan at Chesham Town in the Southern League Premier, and once, about a week ago, for his latest club, Braintree Town, in the National League South.
  2. Man of many clubs, Phillip Roberts, is now on his 7th club since leaving ICT. He has now turned up at Braintree Town in the National League South, his 3rd club of 2017 already.
  3. Its in the club statement issued today, 14 Aug, which is on the main ICT website.

  6. Never mind Twitter and Facebook, the common courtesy of receiving a reply to a letter seems to have gone too. I wrote a personal letter to Mr Finlayson on 12 June, (before Foran was sacked). I mentioned this on another thread at the time and said I'd keep fellow posters up to date with any reply. Needless to say, I suppose, but I have heard nothing from him, not even an acknowledgement that he' received my letter.
  7. Yes, I believe he is, but still playing football for Hemel Hempstead.
  8. Well, the way things are going, Draper will be retired long before he plays against us for County. Unless we meet them early in a Cup competition.
  9. I spotted two scorers tonight (8 Aug), David Davis for Birmingham in a 5-1 win over Crawley, and Stuart Armstrong for Celtic in a 5-0 win over Killie.
  10. In the order you listed them, here are the whereabouts of the players you mentioned. I'm not aware of us receiving transfer fees for any of them except Christie (£500K). Brill - now goalkeeping coach for Leyton Orient, after a spell at Motherwell. Tremarco and Warren both still at ICT (both currently injured) Meekings - out of contract with us. Still injured I believe. Rumours of him going to Dundee. Shinnie - Aberdeen Doran - still at ICT but on long term injury list Draper - ICT (just?) Watkins - Norwich City, after a successful spell at Barnsley Polworth - ICT Ross - Out of contract at Dundee Foran - Need I say more?? Mckay - Ross County Esson - goalkeeping coach and reserve keeper at ICT Raven - ICT (just?) Devine - Partick Thistle Greenhalgh - Hemel Hempstead Town Pepper - Out of contract with Morton, after long injury Agdestein - Odds BK (Norway) Christie - Aberdeen (on season loan from Celtic) Vincent - Dundee Tansey - Aberdeen
  11. Spot on DD. I should have said 'first in 2017'. Checking my own records for 2016, I see he did get one then too, probably the one you refer to.
  12. Miles Storey scored his first goal for Aberdeen today, 6 Aug, a last minute effort , as sub, in a 2-0 win over Hamilton.
  13. Sat 5 Aug 2017 Scot Championship J Rankin (QOS 4 - Brechin 1) SL 2 M Cooper (Elgin 1 - Cowdenbeath 1) Highland League D Park (Cove 8 - Fort W 0) S Soane (Forres 1 - Formantine 4) National League (South) B Greenhalgh (Hemel Hempstead 3 - Whitehawk 0)

  15. Tonight, 2 Aug, Lewis MacKinnon scored for Buckie in a 2-2 draw at Turriff, and Dan Park scored a HAT_TRICK for Cove in an 8-0 drubbing away to Strathspey
  16. And tonight, 29 July, Adam Evans scored one of Shelbourne's goals in a 3-1 win at Longford, in Irish Div 1.
  17. I think you will find that Tansey's record was pretty good actually, probably not much between his scoring record and Rooney's.
  18. Sat 29 Jul League Cup D Cowie (Hearts 2 - Dunferline 2) HIghland League D Gillespie (Rothes 3 - Strathspey T 0) S Soane (Forres 1 - Nairn 0) Finnish league H Anier (2) (FC Lahti 6 - Mariehamm 2)
  19. Good response after falling behind. More of that please.
  20. Just noticed that one of our former players, Tom (the Tank) Aldred, Blackpool's captain last season, has left them and joined Bury. My Blackpool supporting pal tells me it was purely for considerably more money. And, Dale Gillespie has moved from Brora to Rothes.
  21. H/T 0-2 F/T 0-4 ICT Polworth Forfar McBride Crowd 649
  22. Keep Raven until the Jan window, moving him to left back. Hopefully Tremarco will be fit by then to reclaim his attacking left back role. Then let Raven go if Seedorf is still producing the goods at right back.
  23. Well done Gavroche, I missed that one. Have added it to my 'running totals'.
  24. Tonight, 25 July, Rory McAllister scored a last minute penalty in Peterhead's 2-1 win over Hearts.
  25. Time will tell of course, but I agree with IBM. Billy has never been the same since his first spell with us, and I don't expect him to reach those heights again. I think it is just the fact that it is County which upsets many posters.
