  1. Ouch. Hopefully that gives us a kick up the rear end.
  2. BBC have just changed the scorer to White.
  3. BBC giving it to Mckay. I’d White as first scorer so White will do me. Peterhead 2 down so we will be top of the group as things stand. Worrying if we have been poor. Hopefully we kick on now.
  4. Mckay for Trafford only change. Will be glued to BBC app in a restaurant near Penrith. Come on ICT!
  5. Jock, You haven’t listed a Dundee scorer
  6. That’s my home town team, so please share the rumour. There was talk if some of our youngsters going there on loan, but this sounds more than that. Their first league game is on Saturday so things will need to move quickly.
  7. Nat Wedderburn is now at Airdrie.
  8. Getting us back on topic.... Given our injury position, a versatile defender could be useful. With Rooney, Mckay and McHattie all out, we only have three fit experienced defenders. Carson did very well at right back yesterday, and Todorov can play at the back, but we could be vulnerable if we pick up any more injuries. Tremarco took a heavy one yesterday but is hopefully over it.
  9. I thought he had a quiet first half, but the whole team did (even Walsh), but grew in stature in the second. He was getting stuck from those behind me, unfairly in my opinion.
  10. Carson was playing right back.

  12. Cheers Gringo, whilst I was delighted when Todorov scored, it stopped me getting the full time score right too! I will enjoy being top until Tuesday, and will then tumble down the standings!
  13. Of the new players, I thought Carson did very well playing out of position. Vincent started quietly but grew into the game. Keatings was taking corners and free kicks and was quite ambitious with some. Todorov is very similar to White and took his goal well. Curry did not get much time but looked lively. Great to see MacGregor get game time. He lifted things when he came on. Tremarco took a knock after a disgraceful high tackle that went unpunished, but played on so hopefully ok. Donaldson took a sore one too but seemed ok. I don’t think Doran is fully fit, but he took his goal well. With a long injury list already, some youngsters should get game time. I’d start MacGregor on Tuesday.
  14. Another Walsh assist and Todorov header.
  15. Ha ha! Vast majority of home games. Midweek ones can be tricky for me. It’s not a convincing display so far.
  16. An excellent third from Doran!
  17. Well finished by Donaldson. Both goals headers from corners. We need to build on it now!
  18. If we don’t get a grip we will lose this!
  19. Team warming up now.
  20. I really wish him well there. Who knows, and I’ve had a few beers, could we see a Scotland midfield one day comprising Polly alongside Ryan Christie and Graeme Shinnie? May sound far fetched, but after recent results they would do a better job!
  21. Wonder if we will go with three at the back, playing Todorov there with Donaldson and McCart.
  22. First game on our new grass. Robbo said parts of it are a bit long and still to settle. Not sure what that will mean in practice.
  23. I see the squad numbers are updated now on the club website, with Welsh now being 4, the one I couldn’t work out on Tuesday. Hopefully he will be back soon as well as Doran. My team: Ridgers McKay Donaldson McCart Tremarco Walsh Trafford Vincent Doran White Todorov If Doran is not ready, then Curry. If McKay is not ready, trickier. Tremarco to right back and Harper at left back would be my solution. Let’s hope we put on a better show than Tuesday sounded like. It would be nice to make the last 16 for a change in this cup.

  25. I did wonder when I saw a 4-0 home defeat! Prefer your second effort!
