Vigurs is pulling the strings in midfield. Some of his touches are amazing, even if some give us heart in mouth moments. I've not seen anyone of his standard this season. We should get behind him and encourage him to stay next season.

I really enjoyed the match. A team performance against a good Dunfermline side. I wouldn't worry about the argument between Polworth and Baird. They both show passion and want to win. Great build up for the goal, with Mulraney involved again and Bell deserved the man of the match award. Sone unfair criticism of a Vigurs from some around me, but his class is showing. Donaldson is a find at the back, and his passion and enthusiasm at full time shows he wants to succeed and he team to do well. Perhaps not as dominant as last weekend, but overall a comfortable win. 8 points from last 4 league games. 5 unbeaten including the cup. 5 clean sheets. It could and should have been more, with at least three penalty claims turned down, Baird missing a sitter and Polly hitting the woodwork, but we closed the game out and won. Up to seventh, hopefully more climbing to come!

Good to see Vigurs deservedly being in the SPFL team of the week for the performance at Tannadice.

Tough one, for a positive reason, this week. I went with: Vigurs: masterminded things. A few outrageous touches, and a goal. Chalmers: a revelation and unlucky not to get 5 points. Donaldson: leads the defence, and his end of game celebration was worth a point in its own right!

I hadn't realised at the time that Bell was in the left back position winnIng the ball and effectively starting the move he finished a few seconds later at the other end. Bell, Vigurs, Bell, Vigurs, Polworth, Mulraney, Bell GOAL! Tremendous.

I agree totally with Robbo's assessment in his interview. Regarding United highlights, they didn't have any, we had them all!! Onwards and upwards hopefully!

This is a national event, supported by many companies and organisations. The club should be applauded for participating. I am sure they would do the same if national events are arranged for other worthy groups. On the park it's been a good day, can we just move on and focus on the positives in the lead up to next week's game, please.

Hopefully we offer Raven a contract extension to the summer. Great to see him getting the armband for the last few minutes when Vigurs was given the chance to get the fans' applause. Deservedly so on both counts.

Based on today, things on the park are improving well. Perhaps too late to challenge at the top, but we should be safe enough with signs we can build for next season. It will be interesting once some of the injuries clear up too, as only then will we know the strength of the squad.

Seriously, the team responded to a noisy, supportive crowd today. Some of the young team led the support with many more joining in throughout.

Staying in a Perth overnight after game. Best performance for a while, with a strong backing from a large away support. Two well taken goals. Ridgers had a comfortable game with two great saves. Raven and Tremarco dependable at full back. Donaldson led the line well, and he and Mckay rarely troubled. I particularly liked Donaldson's celebrations at full time, showing his displeasure of his former team and leading the praise to the Caley fans. All the midfield did well. Mulraney had a tremendous first half and an assist. Vigurs pulled the strings and scored a well taken goal. Polworth was in the mood, with some great moves. Chalmers was a revelation, and did extremely well. Great to hear the fans chanting for all four of them during the game. Baird and Bell were busy, with Bell taking his goal well. Of the subs, Trafford looked assured, Cooper held the ball up well, whilst Oakley was just a cameo appearance. No complaints about any, but the stand outs for me were Donaldson, Chalmers, Vigurs, Polworth and Bell. I didn't see last week's game, but this was the best I've seen this season by a long way. Well done to the team and management. Dundee United were poor, so hopefully we can get a result against Dunfermline and keep the run going. Four clean sheets too! And that's me still unbeaten given I missed the home defeats for various reasons! I genuinely feel we are turning he corner. We need a big, noisy, supportive crowd next week!

Agreed on that. Have Warren and Donaldson played together as a two man central defence this season? Could be our strongest pairing.

Vigurs and Polworth both played well by all accounts. I agree with the above two posts. Also, did Mulraney do much better today? Three attempts and hitting a post implies he did. I know there were sceptics when he signed, but Donaldson seems to be having lding our central defence together. I have been surprisingly impressed by him given the negativity when he was signed. Keen to hear from those who made it to Falkirk.

Injury list getting longer. No Fon Williams, Warren or Trafford in addition to the long term absentees. Same starting 11 as last week but with Ridgers in for Fon Williams probably. I'd rather see Oakley start in preference to Baird, but midfield could be an issue. Play Vigurs deep with Polworth, Calder and Cooper? That would make it: Ridgers Raven Mckay Donaldson Tremarco Vigurs Cooper Polworth Calder Oakley Bell Would be good to see young MacKay come on again during the second half.

That's true, I never did take to Foster, despite who his girlfriend is (Amy MacDonald).

Last season, the two St Johnstone players who had the punch up on the pitch had to sit beside each other (looking happy) when they played us here in their next game. I was a few rows behind enjoying it as they got some stick. It worked for them, so can work for our guys.

I tend to encourage them to put it wide to Tremarco!

I see Coll Donaldson has made the SPFL team of the week.

Hopefully the incident is behind them now and may act as an impetus to Polworth to become more influential on the park. As others have said, a goal and an assist would normally be seen as a good shift. He and Vigurs probably suffer stick for different reasons, but they can be key for us this season, given the general quality around them, I also want to see more from Trafford as there looks to be potential there.

I was in the main stand, saw that and applauded the play. Yes, there may be some who are overly critical, but don't tar the majority with the same brush.
