This is a comment, not a complaint, but if anyone from the club reads this, any chance of updating the Centenary Club results for the last two weeks? Thanks.

I meant it is closing fast for Fon Williams if he is genuinely after a move away.

I thought he did OK against Morton. A couple of wobbles, but most of our players had them! If we stick with 3 5 2, will a Tremarco be part of the 3 or the 5?

Raven rightly a legend for his semi final goal and the celebration where he was clearly as surprised as us! A real shame he was injured for the final. The club should commit for this full season and then take a view, he deserves fair treatment. I really thought he was being primed to come on at half time against Morton, but that didn't happen and he just got a few minutes after Seedorf was sent off.

Transfer window closing fast.....

I'm told Macrae is one to watch, so hopefully he gets a chance.

Thanks, couldn't make it due to work, but encouraging feedback.

Thanks Quizzer, sounds like they want to be honest with us. Hope big Gazza not injured again.

I actually thought we handled playing in to the wind better than Morton did, albeit our distribution was poor at times.

Can find the thread about the Under 20s playing in the Highland League, so posting here given we are playing Aberdeen Colts. I see Elgin are playing in the North of Scotland Cup. Why are we not? Also, there is an Under 20 league n the Highland League set up. We could join that so the youngsters get regular competitive game time.

Very good first 25 minutes when we created 7 or 8 good chances and on another day could have killed the game. Polworth and Vigurs the stand outs in that spell, with Polworth really up for his more advanced role. Would like to see the Vigurs penalty claim again, as he seemed convinced. The goal was deserved, as the foul on Calder must have just been outside the box. Then Morton came back into it and were the better team for most of the rest of the match. That said, Oakley missed a sitter which could have stolen it. Our crosses into the box were poor, or else we would have had a lot more chances. The wind made it tricky, with high balls towards the north stand being seriously held up in the wind, making kick outs a lottery at times. Ridgers on the whole OK, with a couple of saves, but distribution poor. Warren and Chalmers did well in back three, although Chalmers had a couple of hairy moments. Mckay seemed to struggle. Disappointed by Seedorf. I'd only seen him against Brechin, and he was not a patch on that today. Calder seemed uncertain of his role, and was being talked through the first half by Rice. A couple of positive runs, including the one which won the free kick which got the goal. Vigurs had a good game, but a needless booking for backchat. Early days for Trafford but he will hopefully settle in and be a good addition. Polworth started very well, but faded a bit when Morton came back into it. I thought Baird and Oakley combined quite well, especially in first half hour, but Oakley did miss that sitter. Bell lively when he came on and added pace in attack. Mulraney was his usual self, pace but poor use if the ball. Raven had a cameo after Seedorf sent off. I thought he was coming on at half time, which I thought would have been for Calder, but at didn't transpire. The ref had a stinker, with some poor decisions. Seems to be a pattern! The first thirty minutes was the best I've seen for a while, so we need to build on it to climb the table. Very big game at Brechin next week now.

According to the SPFL website, it is 1500 at Glebe Park.

What is the reason for the negativity? Comments from fans of his past teams?
-
Can't really argue as haven't been at the league games, but tough to blame him for the penalty against United. I'm a big nervous but forever hopeful about tomorrow though!

Ridgers Seedorf Warren Mckay Raven Vigurs Mulraney Trafford Calder Bell Oakley although I suspect Raven and Bell won't start but Chalmers and Baird will. Will be interesting to see whether Trafford gets a start or is on the bench.

Happy with the statement, which I read as open and honest, and probably the earliest they could do under the circumstances. I would like to be at Monday's meeting, but am away on business, so look forward to the reports? Hopefylly we are getting towards stability off the park which will translate into a better season on the park than we are currently fearing! And no, I am not a "happy clapper", but someone passionate about our club and wanting it to succeed.
-
An honest assessment, hopefully he (and the rest of the squad and management) takes that as motivation into the next few games. If he understands how we are all feeling, he can hopefully translate that on to leadership on the park.

That's been coming from what I heard a few weeks ago.

Limited highlights, but looked pretty even until we gave them the third. We do look lightweight at the back, hope Warren is back soon, and inconsistent in midfield. Hard to judge the forwards on the highlights, but looked like Baird had a decent effort. Vigurs the pick. All that said, goals are what count, and 5-1 does not lie! With Morton scoring 4 yesterday, Saturday looks like being very tough!

I missed the United game but was heartened by the comments of those there. Today is the complete opposite, as it seems only Vigurs justifies any points in the MOM poll. I thought we had a gem when I saw Seedorf against Brechin, and that he and Mulraney would be a great combination. Not so sure on today's comments. Similarly, playing Calder further forward seemed a good move, but not today if seems. At best, we may be in for inconsistency given the age of many players. At worse, I dread to think. Most disappointing feedback was about Polworth. I really hope he makes central midfield his own! And the irony of Draper and Tansey lining up against each other this afternoon cannot be lost on us.
