What are you going to do?
What are you going to do about it? Good question and one that is difficult to answer. I don't think boycotting advertisers/sponsors bushiness will make one jot of difference to the goings on on the pitch, dressing room and board. I've not bought a shirt for a number of years apart some leisure gear. My attendance has dwindled over the past few years. After winning the cup in 2015 and the break up of the team it left me feeling deflated and apathetic. It's a 700+ miles round trip for me to get to an away game and close to 1000 for a home game. For me to do that now it really does need a serious wake up call concerning events on the field.Yes, my home games coincided with a weekend away but a poor game would put a dampener on it so I (we) don't bother so much these days. I only went to two games last season (both glory hunting trips to Hampden). I had plans to go to a couple of others but these were scuppered by the fixtures being changed to satisfy TV. I haven't bought a newspaper for many years so the boycotting of those was in place about 20 years ago. Only paper I sometimes get now is the Metro but that's usually in the Winter months as it's good for lighting my woodburner. As mentioned about in this thread, we do have a voice via the ST. The more that join this the louder the voice will be. Those that haven't renewed season tickets or purchased merchandise could join the ST instead. It's only a fiver, which in some parts of this ruined country, is less than the a price of a pint - and it lasts a year (longer than some managers...except BD). To answer the question though, the only constructive thing I've done about is, I (We) have joined the ST.

I'm going to need a bigger sofa if this continues.

There's always the Highland League. I saw some great games back in those wonderful Caledonian days. 😇...a place where, on the evidence so far this season, that we are heading back to. Agreed. I said the same thing a few seasons ago. The team (and club) seemed to break up after that magnificent day. Wow! If we can't beat an experienced 16 y.o 'keeper then we do have problems. Well done to the lad though. We are now five 'proper' games in to the season and no clean sheet. We struggled against a 2nd div side for our only win. Yes we can blame the short close season and late finish to last season but DD should have found his best side by now...if there is one. This will be a tough league this season. As mentioned in a previous thread we need a 'Pele' in charge with the attitude and playing style of 'we'll score more than you'. That isn't going to happen I fear. Looking at the next few fixtures I can't see where our first clean sheet will come from....or victory come to that. I just hope something clicks and we go on an unbeaten run. But, honestly, I can't see that happening anytime soon. But, it's football and anything can happen. I/We live in hope.

I'm not even going to try and call this one. Having said that I'm not expecting too much. Mon the Caley Jags. The season starts here.

Matchday Experience Survey
Very comprehensive and interesting. well done to all involved. Lets hope the club read it too.

Prediction League 2023/24 - we need players
Went to the last game I believe and you denied me an NPL and PL double. I wonder if we'll be close to the top again. 🤔

League Prediction/Expectation
I'm not expecting a lot from ICT this season. Mr Dodds is still our gaffer and I respect that. Judging by the limited games pre season and only one clean sheet in those we will struggle. If we had a 'Pele' at the helm then I'd be more optimistic that 'we will score more than you' but, at the moment, that confidence is not there for me. Mid table at best I think and no play offs. Please ICT let me be wrong.

v Airdrie - League Cup
The stats suggest we were on top (52/48) however 13 attempts on goal with only 3 on target is not a good ratio. Still only one clean sheet (v Nairn) this season and we've shipped six goals in three league cup games. Also not a good ratio. Only time will tell of cousre but the early signs are not filling me confidence that we can make a strong challenge this season. Hope young Lewis is ok and the injury isn't as serious as mentioned above. I also hope it isn't a start to another injury hit season and the same old excuses being rolled out.

v Airdrie - League Cup
With us now out of the competition there will be no point fielding a strong team against Dee. Let's the kids have a go.
-
v Dumbarton
I never subscribed either. I also ditched Sky (all of it) and BT Sport. My updates would depend on Twitter (which isn't as good as it used to be) and the Flash Scores web site which is quicker than the Twitter updates.

2023/24 Pre-Season
Good result that from the youngsters especially if Brora fielded a strong side.

ICTFC Squad Update 21/22/23/
Watching the highlights against Bonnyrigg and Dumbarton our defending for the goals was atrocious. I know we've only had four games since returning to 'action' but only one clean sheet and that was against Nairn. We are defo weak at the back.

NAPs Competition - 2023/24 - Call for players
Yeh..and don't I know it
-
v Dumbarton
Looking at those highlights we should have had a bag full of goals. Poor defending for both goals.
-
v Dumbarton
Same old by the sounds of it. Can't finish. Can't defend. These two cup games do not fill me with confidence for the season ahead. Early days of course. The next two cup matches may show some light on prospects.

2023/2024 Kit Supplier
It might look better 'in the flesh' but, no, I don't like it. Judging by the expressions on the players faces that don't care much for it either 🤔

2023/2024 Kit Supplier
Nice looking shirt. It really is a shame that there isn't an option to buy without the sponsor logo.

Scottish League Cup 2023-24 - Draw
Soccerbase dot com now up to speed(ish) with Scottish football. This will help with my retention of the NPL Championship I don't have Viaplay and never will. Ditched Sky (all channels) and BT Sport ages ago. My live football fix is wholly dependent on free view via BBC, ITV or theft.

Scottish League Cup 2023-24 - Draw
I used to rely on Soccerbase dot com for all my stats but, at the moment, there are no Scottish football lists on there. Ok if you're Welsh though or anywhere else. Maybe they're having an update or something.

Matchday Experience Survey
A lot of effort has gone into this survey so I sincerely hope the club listen to any criticisms, suggestions and advice.
