  1. I think I can safely say that we arn't going to get anything from Ibrox next week, so, with that in mind, we will have 10 pts from 11 games. Exactly the same ammount of points as this time last season.
  2. I know there used to be an Inverness Ladies team but I am not too sure if they are still around or whether they were part of the club (ICT) in any way.
  3. Gringo replied to Ladyf's topic in Caley Thistle
I have been to two LC 1/4 finals with ICT, we lost 5-1 and 4-1 respectively so I think it'd be best if I stayed away from this one..
  4. Did anyone see Stokes second pen' against Spurs yesterday? The pen' hit the goalies left hand post, ran across the line to hit the other post and rebounded back to the penalty taker who then hit the bar. Amazing bad luck.
  5. The thing that bothers me JV (and one or two others) is, what appears to be, Brewster's dropping and hooking of players for personal rather tactical reasons. Ian Black is a prime example. I forget which game is was but Ian had a great first half and was hooked for the second..why? Maybe CB would be the 'half decent' manager we are looking for if made changes to benifit the team rather than his ego. And yes, I agree with you, we are not big enough to attract better managers.
  6. I think as football supporters we are treated very badly by the authorities. The amount of money we pay to get into games should lead to a greater respect. This doesn't happen at football grounds. Once inside the turnstiles we are almost always treated like little school boys (and girls) and told to sit down and shut up. If we were treated like that in, say, a large store, there would be uproar. I guess as football fans we tend to accept the treatment that is handed out to us. I agree we should all make complaints on a regular basis every time we get treated like dirt, but we don't.
  7. Baring in mind we haven't played the (so called) big two yet, after eight games we are only four points better off than at this stage last season. The better judgement may come after 11. Having said that, from what I've seen on the park, I believe the team are better than last season but only slightly. I had grave fears for us this season and these fears, although allayed at the moment, may still return. Are next three game are against Celtic (h) Motherwell (h) and Rangers (a) and I think we'd be lucky to come away with a point. Brewsters tactics and his hooking of players for personal reasons is a big worry. I,m with IHE on this one were he say's "If we had a half decent manager we would be up at the top in a season where the standards have really fallen"
  8. I'll second that. Get well soon Pele.
  9. "I might look knackered but I certainly don't want a blood transfusion"
  10. "You're right, the ground is definately not buzzing"

Well he's more colourful than those rancid looking scabby budgies that are there from time to time And the 'fake' one man band!
  12. Interesting Scotty, what happened? We've used FlyBe many times between B'ham and Glasgow / Edinburgh and never had a problem.
  13. You get what you pay for I suppose. Should be ok for doing the decorating in maybe... I notice they are all diddy teams to select from.
  14. I wonder if the fans will get a refund from the club for buying their teams strip this season. I fear though that they too will lose out after the collapse of XL, just like all those poor folk that were stranded on holiday. An awful mess.

Maybe you'd better show Kim, he could get a Liverpool strip and get a sponsorship deal.

Welcome to the world of Inverness Caledonian Thistle. Following the team will be a roller coaster of differing emotions from excitement to disappointment to total frustation and sheer pleasure. You well 'feel' all these by visiting the forums on a regular basis. Enjoy.

Maybe the leg (or arm) wasn't long enough for Inverness Caledonian Thistle.... Looks good though.

I bet it'll be locked out for viewers outside of the area.

Thought the prog' was marginally better than Scotsport's effort. Maybe if the BBC didn't spend five or six minutes on the introduction they'd have more time for the action footage.

You'll get there ok but won't get back after the game, well, not until the next day anyway.
  24. Liverpool game is cheaper so I'd say there'll definately be more there for that game. It will be interesting to see how many fans Hamilton bring up. I would imagine they may bring quite a few and make a weekend of it.
