  1. I'd take Duff. I'd also consider Charlie Mulgrew.
  2. To Gringo of the junior variety and also Jay_7.
  3. If someone offered me a ticket for the World Cup Final and it involved England V anyone. I would accept the ticket and hope/pray that England got humped! If I was offered a ticket for the County V United final I would politely decline. Was it comfortable sitting among fans of County who may be singing e.g LET'S ALL LAUGH AT CALEY? If I was offered a ticket for the Champions League Final I would accept it big time! Just out of interest: What teams were playing in the final 20 years ago? Who did you support or were you neutral? Did someone offer you a ticket? Aberdeen v Celtic. Didn't go to that one. Last SC final I went to was Falkirk v Killie in 97 at Ibrox. Killie won 1-0. No I wasn't offered a ticket though I did go with a crowd of Falkirk fans. For the love of God, i hope you had a good wash after. I lived in the area for 20 odd years.

  5. Personally I dont see the problem. I support ICT. I also enjoy watching football. I enjoy the atmosphere of live football so I went to the final. Not the first final I've been to and it wont be the last either. I also go to other games when my own team are not playing. Where's the crime in doing something you enjoy. Yesterday was a great day out for me.
  6. The kid is actually pointing out that the opposition are now two down
  7. Managers stick by players who work hard, are loyal to them and do not think they are bigger than the manager...........nuff said.
  8. Brian Kerr.........left solely for money. New baby...needed funds. Richie Hart.......made a little mistake and lost popularity. Nearly gave up football as a result. The other one had no connection to our club so who cares.
  9. This has cheered me up no end :P Me plus another 15000 + in the County end :D Enjoy siging we hate caley songs What if the song goes along the lines of: Caley Thistle gave back Barrowman who scored the winning goal........................
  10. If they're no good enough for Hibs then they're no good enough for ICT
  11. Is that the same Brewster who prevented ICT getting to the final. I'm sorry for the many who scoff but if this trophy can go outside of Tayside, the east coast or the central belt then I'm happy to lend support to the team that can do it. And I'll be proud, if it happens, to say I was there. I predict one each after 120 mins and RC to win 5-4 on penalties
  12. Oh dear... this weary old myth surfaces again!! I personally know plenty people who chose to move on and support Ross County after the merger than went on to support ICT. I was walking into Victoria Park at the last C*unty v ICT game....and bumped into a dozen or so EX Caley fans, with county scarfes, and that was just going along behind main stand! Also...my facebook is littered with similar minded Inverness folk. So Charles...you call it a myth...I know its a fact! There are quite a few from Inverness, some of them ex-Caley fans, who support RC. There are also many who travel from Dingwall and greater Ross-shire to support ICT. People made their choices and stuck by them. So what? Caledonian is no longer. Inverness Thistle is no longer. We are ICT and they are RC. The only two highland teams in the Scottish Football Leagues. And I will cheer on RC tomorrow along with hundreds and, maybe, thousands of current ICT fans.
  13. No way!!!!!! I work with Taffs and they're all rrrrrrrssssssss's Have you long harboured such a warm regard for one of our fellow Celtic nations Alex ? ! I love them really. Got some good friends in Wales-shire
  14. No way!!!!!! I work with Taffs and they're all rrrrrrrssssssss's
  15. Add my ex wife to that list
  16. What a load of tosh!!!! Do you really think that rooney, hayes, foran etc are worth 50k at the moment? Livi have sold one of there players to middlesborgh for around the 200k mark. So how can a 3rd div player be worth 4 times that of a 1st div player? What a joke I didn't say I thought they were worth 50k. I used that as the nominal figure most clubs tend to pay for unproven players. I do, however, accept there are exceptions to this. Andy Halliday being one. The hard fact is that no player is worth anything unless someone wants to pay something.
  17. Up to 120k. Interesting way the deal is done and an incentive to all involved including fans. http://www.inverness-courier.co.uk/news/fu...n_new_deal.html
  18. Foran is heading into his 30's so his value will start to drop. Hayes and Rooney, at the moment, do not have a value. Until they prove themselves at top levels then no team will pay over the nominal 50k. If they perform for us in the SPL as they have this season then I can see G juniors valuations as being realistic
  19. What!!!!....................an ICT fan happy. Some who post on here won't be happy till we've had three champions league wins.
  20. I'm going. I'm also going in the Staggy end. And for Georges sake I can name three players. Wood, Vigurs, Barrowman
  21. Stevie C has a team lined up and its not a Scottish one.
  22. ............to the Jaggie of Govan.
  23. The running of buses is not so much a problem as the using of them. Buses need to be booked well in advance so unless people can guarantee the seats will be filled then nobody will want to run them. I'm sure the supporters club will continue to run a bus. The Trust may also, if there is genuine need, look into this. I'd like to see the revival of the 'Innes' bus and I'm sure if 30 - 40 would utilise it every away game someone (CD) would do the organising.
  24. To be honest I'm not surprised at this. I think I'm right in saying Kyle is over 21 so couldn't feature for U-21 squad. We are going into a new level so need to start with someone who is challenging Ryan 100%. Kyle just hasn't, through no fault of his own, had a chance to gain enough experience to step up. With Mike, he had U-21 and reserve football so was starting every week for those. He then took the chance of the step up and didn't do too bad considering he was still young and learning. Most of the great goalies dont reach their best form till they're nearer their thirties. It is the one position that is really difficult to break into at a young age. A keeper has so much more to learn than anyone else. Both Mike and Kyle may turn out to be great keepers in a few years time but now we need experience. Mark Brown on a seasons loan wouldn't be a bad thing to get us started.
  25. Give me the Dubliners with Butch and Mo above those lot any day!!!! And in case it slipped your notice mate, we already have a millionaire owner.
