  1. Yesterday
  2. Like you and I Dougal people change over the years. I can't believe that most of our support will not totally admire CC for standing up against a very controlling organisation, despite the damage that he may experience in retaliation. We need more ex-players and employees to speak out against our the tyranny.
  3. You may well be right. But if you are, then they need to call a different tune.
  4. A good old Scottish saying Yngwie and you are correct.
  5. I think that’s all fair comment, but is it not simply a case of he who pays the piper calls the tune?
  6. Charles has rightly pointed out previously that you can't simply sack the Board unless you have others primed to take over and put the money in that the current Directors have over the years. For that reason and because he has been a long term fan and, as Fraz points out, has the best interests of the club at heart, I would not object to Morrison remaining on the Board. I do, however, think that there is an urgent need for him to be replaced as Chairman. He alienated a lot of the local community over his role in the concert company and has repeated that with his mishandling of the Battery Storage project. His credibility is shot and the club is not going regain the trust and support of the local business community or the Highland Council whilst he remains at the helm. The club has 6 other directors on the Board. They also have to take responsibility here as decisions taken in the past will have been collective ones. It is high time they stopped passively acquiescing to the Chairman and CEO and showed some collective leadership to address the real issues.
  7. I know it was you. Do you want to change it? If you can't if you let me know what your real votes are and I will do it manually but let me know quick.
  8. My hunch is that Ferguson will stay but changes on the board. Christie’s comments are spot on.
  9. I admit it was me in a fit of anger....
  10. Charlie's comments aren't exactly following the corporate line. I hope he is not speaking out like this now because he knows he and the youth set up at the club are going to victims of the structural reorganisation.
  11. This would be the same CC who fully engaged with and definitely never ignored the fans while he voted against them when he was a player was it? Think the word hypocrisy springs to mind Green Brigader does it not? Im all for ex players calling out the current regime but they have to have a bit of credibility first. Dougal
  12. I feel Morrison's heart is in the right place and that he does ultimately have the best interest of ICT in mind. However he does have to take responsibility for the appointments he's made and allowed as Chairman. An extension of that is his lack of oversight of the CEO and the day to day running of the club. I'm certain that Scot Gardiner, being a control freak, narcissist and champion bullshitter would be telling him all about how amazing things were going, and how great he's doing but Morrison should have been keeping his finger on the pulse better. We'll see if he can take action to finally correct that.
  13. “My priorities are to build a strong support team to generate the income needed to field a side capable of progressing to the Premiership of the SPFL and – parallel to that work – develop a strategy for the club which will give confidence to the local and regional business community as we look to garner their support for what is, after all, their team" Scot Gardiners own words 5 years ago. Using the above as a bench mark for performance he has been an abject failure in his role at the club. He may well have built a strong support team but then so did Stalin and we all know what happened during the purges. He is a barrier to the club achieving improvement in all 3 areas identified and there is tangible evidence to support that supposition
  14. Fraz - sorry for the sarcastic interruption - It says a lot when CC makes that statement - Let's hope that more icons join in the chorus. Wyness Shuffle should seek out opinions - please.
  15. Jeez what's happened to Lizi and OCG. Oh and don't you think that a blue rinse would stain our bald patches

I would caution getting caught up with correlation vs causation on dates. Especially pertinent for a role which would require some post season work/tidying up. It was also stated by the club that he was leaving to pursue other opportunities in the game. That would suggest he was free to do so or had something lined up. It certainly doesn't give any indication of gardening leave, continued payment or any restriction on him taking other employment. It's murky whichever way you view it.
  18. I had noted that Yngwie thanks, they won't be counted.
  19. Gardiner and Big Dunc must know their coats are on shoogly pegs when the blue rinses have turned against them. Not 100% convinced self entitlement route is the way to go though. Gardiner and Dunc it’s time you start packing yer bags. Dougal
  20. Presumably the pre- arranged date to sign on in Dungwall ?
  21. I see that somebody has given Ridgers their 5, 3 and 1 points. Sympathy vote.
  22. But not the main two we are asking to be removed. Personally, I want Gardiner and Ferguson gone as they manage the day-to-day activities on and off the field. They have no loyalty to the club beyond that of employer and employee (and that's both fine and fair). The chairman on the other hand has 'skin in the game'. He was an ICT supporter long before he was chairman and is one of those dipping his hand in his pocket. Both of those facts complicate any call for his head ... However, he himself may feel he has to fall on his sword as the head of the board that employed the aforementioned pair in the same way that Kenny Cameron did when we were relegated from the Premiership.

The journalist wouldn’t know or care what type of contract he was under - and in either contract type he is still under contract until expiry of the gardening leave so we can’t conclude from that alone. If he was on a fixed term contract it would surely have been set to expire at the end of a season, not 9th June. 9th June is exactly 7 months from 9th November when he was relieved of his duties, implying an agreed/negotited notice period.
  24. Last chance to vote tonight.
