Only played for Hibs but they've let him go now. He might be worth a look

What about the big centre-half from Ayr Kevin James?

He'll be 34 before we can sign him, plus he's had a chequered history of being in and out of teams. I've always thought he looked a decent defender but hopefully we'll look more to the future.

I have a mint idea... lets sign big doogie Imire, Esson, and maybe throw in Foran, Balvitis (by xmas) Cox, Hayes, Eagles and say oh i dont know... eh Sanchez maybe even that yank pom Strazbourgh i think his name is.. then well have a well bonded well oiled machine.... cant see it

What about Craig Moore? Apparently is keen on a loan move back to Europe. Might be getting on a bit but is the kind of player ICT desperately need.

I watched Brisbane Roar against celtic over in oz and thought moore and malcolm were distinctly poor. A dominant 3-0 win for a Celtic B side making the West Coasters look a shambles, nealry from the word go. No thanks

I saw a few games from last season where Moore featured and thought he was very good each time. Unlike Charlie Miller who was rubbish.

I know you all are questionable about Latvians, but ask Nauris about Stas who is a free agent an under 21 international,centre back.. I have told ICT about him, response, nil, so now he is lined up with another side another one lost!!!

What about Matthew Booth? South African guy who has played for the national team about 20 times. Certainly big enough, he's about 6"6.

Yup he's good! but lined up elsewhere now!!

What about Andy Jackson or Jamie Mole on loan as replacement for Barrowman and the fact that we need more goalscorers than just Rooney strikewise.

I say that Jackson will get more game time at us because MacDonald and Samuel will be Saints 1st choice strikeforce and with McLeod and McLean on the verge of moving to Hearts then Mole is going to be froven out of team and even subs he may fancy a move to us.

Aye, I heard about that. He'll be good for them I reckon.

Noticed Tam McManus has become a free agent again.

I think our primary objective in the transfer window has to be to get the dead wood off the wage bill. Only then can we even think about building a new squad. Even if we dont get anybody in, at least we'll be back in the black come the next window.
