Is it time to be on the lookout for a back-up keeper ? The lad Allison sounds very shaky .

He certainly was today, and there was nobody shouting abuse at him.

He fumbled one onto the post before he butterfingered the cross for the first Nairn goal. He started the second half just as bad when he tried to punch the ball clear as he challenged about fifteen yards out, he was fortunate then and even more fortunate when he gave the ball away with a shockingly poor unforced error out of defence.

I think we could be in big trouble if Esson was to pick up an injury that was to keep him out for a while .

Or fall out with TB again.

I seem to recollect Butcher saying a couple of months ago that he was confident Allison could step up the the No 1 spot if Esson was absent.

How come i only have 1 mb to upload... That means iv got to crop every photo and resize it.

You must have been standing very close to me M4TJ, but you never caught me

I've got pics too will put them on later. Throughly enjoyed my afternoon and great to see Jack Sutherland playing as he is a local boy brought up in fort Augustus and attends Glenurquhart High School. I thought Allison did ok but made a few glaring errors especially Nairns first goal but would suggest he's not ready for the 1st team yet. Lionel had a great game only making one mistake near the end that I could see - think some being a bit unfair about him.

A bit off topic but thanks to the 1st team players sitting in the stand who made my sons day when he went ove for autographs and had a chat with him. Also thanks to Adam Rooney, Gavin Morrison and Shane Sutherland for letting the boys have a photo with them and the cup. All a credit to our club I think.

Only black mark was against the Nairn support. A large amount left at the end instead of giving their team a cheer at the presentation. Nairn played well I thought.

One of the jaked out Nairn fans took delight in screaming homophobic chants directed at some of our players at the end, what a loser.

I tried to avoid you caleymad, I saw you first.

In reply to MissICT question.....I wonder if he may have been the person that caused the ref to speak to officials after the linesman spoke to the ref. Two burly collar and ties went to stand beside him after the discussion, he had either said something to the linesman or touched him as he ran past.

Dunno where Mo is or McBain (well spotted by the way). Terry was sitting in the stand with Mrs B.

the only silverware you will get your hands on this season :cute01:

Airdrie fan, what cups have you won... let me rephrase... what cups are you in the running for... So Malpas managed the team on saturday.... shocking!

One sub in the whole game... nearly taken to extra time....

Is Lionel as nuts at centre-back as he is as a left-back?

Aalso why are the physio's in the pic

Theres only one physio in the picture. The guy is Scott Kel? or something like that he does coaching

Scott Kellagher

Got a bit of a shock at first on receiving the team lines when I arrived at the game and thought ICT had a former BB Captain playing in defence! :D
