A further example of officialdom's favouratism for the old filth. They are even passing the ball to them but the filth are too dim to take advantage.

I watched the clip, but surely as the linesman ( sorry assistant referee) was off the pitch and interfered with play in preventing the ball going out it should have been a throw in to the Huns.

Another shambles, that should be a throwin to Rangers.

No - according to the laws (Law 9 - http://www.fifa.com/...softhegame.html), the referee and the assistants are considered the "furniture" of the pitch in the same way as the ball rebounding off the goalposts or the corner flags, as long as the whole of the ball has not crossed all of the line. The only question in this case then is whether the assistant was that close to the line that the whole of the ball could hit and rebound without having been completely over the line. Since it was the assistant himself who made the call then that must have been the case.

A bit of topic but, does Miller have a mad birthmark or this that seriously his tan line?

If coaches have to get their badges before becoming a manger, would it not be an idea that players have pass an exam on the rules of the game before becoming professional?
