Calderwood was interested in staying as long as the board were willing to back him for a tilt at promotion. Guess this decision reflects their ambitions

Hibs are woeful these days too. Could have been cementing third place if they'd continued as they were a couple of seasons ago. Now, I won't be surprised if they're playing County in SFL1.

Putting 2 & 2 together... With houghton favourite for the west ham job expect Colin calderwood to go as assistant again so Adams would have been out of hibs anyway...

I think he can get them relegated. I don't rate him atall. He is a very unpopular manager. When he left, they were sliding down the league... hopefully he will carry on from where he left them!
