Raven needs to be RB, Meekings not too clever there, Williams should be LB, we are not doing enough wide to get behind the defence.   Apart from that we are doing well... and Ryans shot... oooooooohhhh   getting closer!

Great save there, unlucky Ryan. We're dominating towards the end of the half. Need to get right into them now.

I get the feeling if we score the first goal we'll go on to win. Astra are hanging on.

Apart from commentators speaking in a foreign language,  heard Charlie Christie getting mention.

Got more into the game in last few minutes before h/t. Forced a couple of good saves from their keeper.

More of same needed in second half.     I'm still optimistic.   If we can score first I am confident we can win this.  Astra look nothing special again.

Come on lads, we all really want a night out in London next week!

just hope we are not being suckered in and running ourselves into the ground in this heat only for Astra to go up a gear in the latter stages of the second half .... on this performance so far we should be ahead and are certainly the better team.

1-0 Birkirkara against West Ham in Malta. Currently 1-1 on aggregate.

Shocking dive from their number 9 there. Don't think Lopez even touched him. Even his own teammates are ignoring his writhing in agony and playing on.

What a save!

Jeez, giving the ball away too easy,  sharpen up boys!!!

Astra are pressing high. We're taking a lot of chances knocking it around at the back. Almost man for man at times. Could cost us a goal. Seriously need to get the ball up the other end of the pitch.

Great save Williams. Couple of times we've been caught out messing around at the back...just get it forward.
