ICT Get A Wider Audience

Cracking write up in our local Bristol newspaper tonight on the inside of the back page, i think in all fairness its had more to do with Celtic loosing than ICT winning.

Headline reads, Strachans "in shock" after loss.

But goes on to give a really good account of the main highlights of the game, getting the name of the stadium right and all the players names correct.

I thought this was going to be a dig at the fat bloke in the stand on the front page of the P&J.

A wider audience?

That's nothing!

13000 miles away, here in the capital of Australia the win over Cellic was reported in the Canberra Times today.

A first!

Did it report that Skippy's goal was offside and after he dived unsuccessfully to get a penalty he was substituted by a kiwi brought on for an unsuccessful killen?

It made the sports headlines here in Poland.

Full story on the backpage in the country's biggest tabloid, although the spelling of our players names was a bit off.....who is Phil McWire???

Ask your horse!

Easy tiger, Roger i've met your mother and she isn't that bad  :rotflmao: :rotflmao:

Not to mention The Candian Press Scotty!  Plus CNN, FOX News..........

I'm checking to see whether it was in Monday's Vancouver Province. I bought the paper and have not even picked it up to read it yet. :001:
