Caley Jags Together stands fully behind Terry Butcher and his Team in calling on every Caley Thistle fan to get behind their team this Saturday for this crucial highland derby. All of our support needs to be in the stands to shout, sing and outchant our neighbours in what promises to be an epic battle for a place in the top six in scottish football. The least we might achieve on Saturday is the most we have ever done, so be there to see it. Buy your tickets now. Get down to the stadium, get on the phone, get online and make sure of your place. Tickets are selling fast, so don't leave it to chance. Wear your colours all this week - a tie, a scarf, a shirt. Wear them to work, to the pub, in town. Let everyone know we are here. Sound your car horn when you see a fellow fan; get on the phone to local radio for phone in's, requests, whatever. Make sure that they know who we are and what we are and that our voices are heard above all. If you are coming to the game on Saturday, bring a friend - it shouldn't be hard to persuade them. You can be sure that our "noisy neighbours" will be as up for this as us, so we have to make sure that we have the voice. We have the team, we have the numbers and we need you to make sure that there is only one winner this Saturday. Go here to be inspired! Davie Balfour Chairman, Caley Jags Together
  2. Starting to despair at some of the posts on here at the mo. if that makes me a happy clapper then so be it. We are 3 games, maybe/hopefully less, away from our 1st top 6 finish FFS. We only went out of a national cup semi on penalties! We have a small squad built on a shoestring and at the start of the season most of us if not all of of us would haven bitten your hand off for the present scenario. We have only been beaten by 3 teams all season Celtic x2 Motherwell x2 and St Mirren. This really is the most important derby ever this Saturday and we need to get behind the team instead of looking for reasons to fail. Come on believe!

In that area of Dundee I think £200 gets you a three bedroom flat.

I'd far rather have a passionate manager who is clearly frustrated and upset when things don't go well than one who sits in the dugout collecting a wage and barely gives a toss. If that means we/he picks up the odd bill for a broken bit of perspex or a door or whatever, then so be it.

are you for real last week you were asking people not to try and get the £5 pound take a friend ticket and pay full price. now you are saying the club ( i assume you mean club when you say "we") should/could pay the bill someone who smashes/lashes out when clearly frustrated is not a passionate manager but someone who cannot hold his temper. was not that long ago we on here were calling neil lennon and ian macall thugs for kicking a plastic bottle of water how are they not passionate, clearly frustrated managers when things were not going their way goose and gander me thinks

So what you are saying is Terry should sit down and shut up? Get a hold of yourself mun - can all the role model p1sh. I'd rather our football manager was a passionate football manager than a "role model". I think 99% of the footballing world found this rather amusing and I'm sure he'll happily pay for the damage he caused. No harm done. Next...

Agree with CD - that to me purely emphasises his frustration and passion. I will pay the £200 if he does summation similar to Derek Adams.

Terry should tell Dundee he has gone into administeration and that they will need to apply to his administerator (Rita!) for payment at 5p in the pound!
  11. If I, or anyone on this forum, was out there having to play the game then you'd get 100% agreement from me. But we're not, so I'll continue to look more towards the positives and potential for the season whilst blowing raspberries at the harbingers of doom and gloom. If that leaves me with egg on my face come the end of the season...meh, who cares, at least I can say I enjoyed it at the time.

terry should pay up and also donate something to charity as a fine for the bringing the club into disrepute. what does that show to young supporters, if your angry punch the closest thing to you

Rather than celebrate the positives and achievements this season beyond expectations back in August, seems that some are more interested in our neighbours failing and doing worse. No matter what we do so long as its better than County - there are 2 groups of fans with that attitude in Glasgow, we are better than that!!!
  14. Does anyone else note an improvement from the last two seasons ? We may even feckin recognise the starting X1 in pre season friendlies.
  15. Im sure she is beautiful on the insides :P
