  1. None off the ex County players for me it was only at the last minute that they played to keep them in the premier league "not good enough " I would rather stick with our young players

Would certainly be great to see Graeme Shinnie back at the stadium, along with Wayne Rooney.
  3. He had a good season. Played well at right-back for a spell earlier in the season and very well at centre-half under McCann. Never a fans favourite, more due to costly mistakes than overall performance level. Good luck to him at Falkirk.

On the bright side, in your spreadsheet you can just copy and paste.
  5. After being released by us Brad Mckay has pitched up at Falkirk.
  6. Saw the new advert for Old Jamaica Ginger Beer, and it looks to me like David Carson has a new sideline 😛
  7. Bombscare brad, won't be sad to see leave. No doubt ill be flamed by the usual happy clappers for that
  8. It was not Eddie Howe who turned down Celtic. Celtic's interest in Howe cooled as soon as they realised Yogi was available.

So much so that I half expected Israel to be drawn next.

We've had Peterhead once before in this competition in the current format (2019/20). Cowdenbeath and Raith are the sides we have faced with alarming frequency. The whole competition is garbage now and weighted heavily in favour of a top few sides in the Premiership. Between this and the way the Challenge Cup has been treated the SPFL have a lot to answer for with regards to the gradual decay of the cup competitions in this country.
  11. Mckay was out of contract so a free agent. Presumably he got an offer from Falkirk that suited him. I’d have been happy had he signed in for us again as, whilst not everyone’s favourite, he generally did ok for us last season. Not heard anything about our other out of contract players.

May as well do next years one while I am at it.
  13. There will be 4 reasons as to why an appointment isn't imminent 1) They are still conducting interviews, we don't know how many names would be on the short list. 2) The board can't agree on who they want as new head coach 3) They are still in negotiations with the persons current club regarding compensation (If it is going to be Robson for example) 4) As was mentioned above, its a player currently at a club so we would need to wait until the expiry of their contract. I also believe that if it was going to be Billy Dodds (not that I'd be against him) then it would have been a done deal at the start of the week. I'm just hoping that the board are taking their time so that they get this appointment right :ictscarf:.
  14. A brutal cull over the Bridge. Vigurs might be the only option for a move to us.
