https://www.inverness-courier.co.uk/news/caley-thistle-community-trust-and-women-s-football-venture-g-363692/?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=facebook Some positive ICT news, will be advantageous to the women's team and in particular the ICT Community Trust. I know that they have put a huge amount of work into it and have already moved there as their admin base of operations away from the stadium.4 points

Daily Mail - other than the Daily Sport is the lowest form of tabloid journalism going, on par with The Sun - not worthy of my time Scott Gardiner - lowest form of upper level management personnel in the market, serial liar, incompetent to the core, vicious, vendictictive and rotten through and through - not worthy of my time Put together - I wouldn't even read this is if it were on a roll of loo roll and I needed to whittle away the time in the toilet due to a bad bout of constipation.2 points

The Courier reporting that Wednesday is the deadline for any offers to buy the club or of investment. The Board will then meet at the end of the week to evaluate the offers received. There is no confirmation whether any offers have actually been received. If no offers are received, then presumably there is no alternative to the Administration route and they might be able to put something out on Wednesday to that effect. Silence on Wednesday might therefore indicate that offers have been received. I therefore look forward to no statement on Wednesday.1 point

I can't confirm but I think it must be. I lost a few years 'records' when the computer decided to throw its toys out of the pram a few years ago. There was a home game way back against Queens Pk? (when they were shite) when they beat us at home...cup game I think. There weren't many NPL points that day and that was with the First Scorer and Crowd sections in play.1 point

Fair play to the guys today. Gave it their best when few (if any) of our fans gave them any chance of pulling of a victory. The news that a good number of them will be shown the door was also looming over them. So I take my bunnet of to you lads. Going out 4-5 on penalties after a 2-2 draw oan a plastic pitch is OK in my book. Hope the journey up the A9 is an easy one!1 point

Online here for anyone who wants to read through that nonsense. A few classic quotes: "Pursuing a claim against his former employer, picking over old scabs held no appeal." really? "Gardiner said he plans to pursue a defamation action against Savage, the Inverness board and unspecified others." "Gardiner, who quit after a takeover bid by Seventy 7 Ventures was rejected in August, warns that administration would be a ‘hellish’ experience" "Gardiner believes administration could still be averted if the board gave serious consideration to a fresh rescue plan from Seventy 7’s Ketan Makwana" "I have put thousands of pounds of my own savings into ICTFC to help pay wages at the club" https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-13951097/Former-Inverness-Caley-Thistle-CEO-Gardiner-warns-administration-devastating-club-community-says-rescue-plan-place.html https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-13951191/EXCLUSIVE-INTERVIEW-plan-save-Caley-Savage-stepped-former-chief-executive-Gardiner-weeks-turmoil-left-proud-Highland-club-brink.html1 point

Well, ‘the cats out the bag’ now and hissing and scratching. Whether we like it or not we’re now hearing the starting rebuff by Scott Gardiner. Many more to come in the weeks and months ahead I fear. Now hoisted up by A Savage and bulk of fans as the evil villain, for right or for wrong, we need to hear SG’s account of things (over his full period of CEO) and start to systematically disprove or accept each argument he puts up. It’s going to be a slog I feel dredging through 5 years of verbal (unrecorded) decisions and what individuals were involved plus the 7,000 + unopened emails. I’m sure we will find more than a few of SG accusations will be difficult to disprove, and we should be prepared for some unsavoury comments regarding the members of the past and current board being ‘aired’. We might see and hear from good old Ketan again. (That will be fun at least)! Maybe too late now, and both SG & AS can’t resist a kick at each other, however I hope some deal can be done between the respective parties at this late stage and avoid the solicitors costs and any settlement fee running way into the Million plus figure. bc1 point

Gardiner of course showed during his tenure how much he cared for the local community and businesses...1 point

The suggestion that Savage has inflicted reputational damage on Gardiner is quite amusing. I think most of us had come to this conclusion some time ago!1 point

They a superb band and I'd love go see them at some point. I've listened just lots of their covers and all are spot on. Best of the bunch, for me, has to be their cover of Pink Floyds - Comfortably Numb. The female backing vocal is quite outstanding and the riffs too, especially the one that kicks in at 4.45. I go as far as saying that this track is probably better than original.0 points

Be fair. We do have a very young squad. ....and we're always on the wrong end of bad referring decisions. No other club suffers from that, so Dunc does have a point.-2 points
