ICT v CELTIC - 25/08/12
Well, being honest...there are a few games where i think we should not expect to be picking up points too often. Celtic is one of them, so I canna complain about the result.

HEARTS v ICT : 18/08/12
I will HAPPILY take a point from hearts every game we play them. Excellent point today, and by all accounts, we deserved it. So, all in all.......GREAT result!

Whats the solution? What are you going to do?
People are still on holibobs. Attendances are usually a little on the low side until kids go back to school and everything has returned to normal. if after half a dozen games, the trend is continuing, then, its maybe the time to start looking into the reason behind it.

As a new season looms
Well....as far as im concerend, its a clean slate and a fresh start for ICTFC. I will give the lads time to bed in etc. i have been liking the reports i have been reading the last few games, and heres hoping this is the shape of things to come. i for one am not a subscriber to this Top 6 talk......No 1 priority is to survive. Any thing else is a bonus. Much Kudos will go to the team IF we can do that, but hopefully, it will be done with at least a modicum of flair. I will be soooo happy if we can pull that off. But....im in agreement with IHE......if we start to emulate last season...yup...im going to be spouting off....coz at the end of the day...i have ICT's best intentions at heart....and i believe in straight talking, even if it is painfull to endure

St Mirren v ICT
Well....maybe this is the new approach. By all accounts, ICT played good stuff against Coventry, and took it thro to yesterdays game. So i for one hope its a new direction for ICT. I am a realist. As i have sed before...we are now a small fish in a big pond, and as long as we can finnish 11th or higher, i will be satisfied. I will be over the moon if we can acheive it by playing attractive football, coz at the end of the day...my NO 1 reason to go to watch footie, is to be entertained :) (bare in mind...my fave ICT game of all time....was a defeat for us )

St Mirren v ICT
I will happily take one point from any away game all season long. by all accounts....the team played well...which is great. BUT....they did that at times last season in patches too. So, was this just the continuation of that form...or is it a whole new approach by the management. Hopefully its the latter and this approach will be a feature of our game this season. And then....if we finnish 10th or 11th, at least we can say we didi it in style....which is a HUGE plus for me :)

Season tickets down 20%. Why?
This is true. Maybe....due to the financial climate, many cant justify paying out Hundreds of pounds up front on football, so will just pay on a game by game basis. Im hoping to make it to a few more games this season myself....i do miss the waking up feeling on a matchday. But usually, coz of my commitments as a dad, it only usually works out at about 20-25% of home games that i would make it to

Sky TV and SPL agree deal for next 5 yrs
I havent heard any other details than those i listed. I would imagine its a slightly improved offer than the last deal, but will be buttons in the grnd scheme of things...coz lets face facts...the quality of the product is very poor
-
Sky TV and SPL agree deal for next 5 yrs
In the details, there will be 30 SPL games shown live this season. Also....5 The Rangers FC games are to be shown live. Whether that comes out of the 30 games allocation im not sure

Season tickets down 20%. Why?
There is deffo an element of floating support between ICT and C*unty.. . . probably more than anywhere else in the country, who arent nescescarily fans of either team, but who just want to see a game of footie. I reckon if you were to hit hard times, ICT would have a hardcore support of about 1700, who would be classed as proper supporters, as in, they would attend most home games....regardless of what league they were in
-
Season tickets down 20%. Why?
I voted Coz of Economic situation....poor quality football on show...and poor value for money. I think a fair price for SPL football would be £12 max

Billy Dodds
I think this season could be the most interesting season ever. I reckon any of 5 teams could easily go down. I think this season...every team will be able to scalp points from every other team. I can see there not being many points (relativley speaking) between second place and bottom. Thats how evenly balanced i see things this season

Season Tickets
30 years ago...I was reguarly attending Caley games in the Highland League. It may have been a mickey mouse standard but al tell you this.....i was ENTERTAINED week in week out. I cant say that about football in Scotland these days......Last time i felt the same, was under Pele Paterson....win lose or draw, at least i left feeling i had my moneys worth. And that is a major thing for me, especially when times are economically difficult. Im deadly serious when i say this....Id rather ICT were a mid table, part Time Second Division team, who played entertaining football, than be an spl team and see the PISH that was served up the majority of the times i saw them last season

Its Dundee ?
Dunfermline were mind numbingly DULL to watch last season, and offered very little in the way of anything positive, so I feel the right choice has been made.

Ross County eye Inverness ground share
By all accounts, work at VP should have been completed last night and C*unty will be sending in a safety cert request by midweek. So no extra income from ground share for us
