  1. Yeh looks as if some local neds of unspesified football loyalty themselves have decided to have a go at a couple of well known lads from the Republic of Ireland. I think Ritchie has been very restreined in this incident which would never have happened had it not been for these neds hellbent on provoking and asaulting Ritchie. Its the neds who should have been arested not Ritchie.
  2. Who got pulled off when Toby came on?
  3. So tell me DonInPeace, are you a real Dons fan or one of the 30,000 gloryhunters?
  4. We have beaten Rangers and Celtic away in the passt with a much bigger inbalance of fans than there will be at this final so its not as we havent been here before. And Im quite happy to take the same share of the gate as Aberdeen.
  5. I heard that on the BBC news this morning. Said it had somthing to do with unrest in the board room and Graham Bennett leaving.
  6. I think that complaints about the semi final were ligitamate but moaning now about Celtic Park at 230 on a Sunday is just taking it a bit far. It has to be Ibrox or Celtic Park to fit everybody in so does the difference in capacity really matter that much? And when your taking maybe 10000 fans to a final does the timing of one beaten up old sprinter train really matter that much either? Its a drop in the ocean. I would hope that their would be at least one special train leaving maybe 9ish and lots of other travel options. Glasgow for 230 in the spring is very different from Edinburgh 1215 in the dead of winter. I think that we will do our cause no good at all if we keep moaning about each and every arrangment thats made.
  7. Eagle. Are you Dougal in disguize?
  8. I hear Paul Hartley has pulled out due to contractural issues -interesting now who it will be :-) link/source??? A businessman who is close to a director in inverness -Hartley is no longer a candidate. So will that "businesman" be the same person that told the Sun that Brewster was among the favorites or is he jonny95 who got the whole story when he visited the ticket office a few days ago?
  9. Well there you go. Thats what weve been waiting about 3 weeks and 1020 posts to here. Who needs an anouncement from the club if someone you know has been at the ticket office.
  10. Agree with Alex and Fool Physio. He's gone so let's move on.
  11. It was on the BBC Highland news this morning. He asked for the resalution for him to go back on the board to be withdrawn at the AGM last night. So he must have decided to quit in between the agenda being made up and the meeting its self.
  12. As I said in another thread, I think there will be widespread releif at the stadium on that one!
  13. I think that anouncement will make a lot of people very happy indeed down at the stadium!
  14. Craig Brown was after the job when Brewster got it the first time round (I think). A big no from me though. The man is 73 years old!!
  15. Immortal Howden Ender - this is getting very, very boring.
  16. Whatever Brora offer him as a day job I would think.
  17. Now I know what you ment when you told me I was going to get pulled off in the second half.
  18. Was he a sort of "well made" lad with a double chin a smug grin and a saltire lapel badge by any chance?
  19. Why is such an obeese nation so obssesed by eating pies at a football match? For goodness sake your only at the ground for a couple of hours so if the queues are too long, do your body mass index a favour and dont bother. Look at it another way. Going to football costs about 20 - 30p a minute. So why spend a large part of the game standing in a pie queue and very possibly missing a goal into the bargain?
  20. So your not Ian Black in disguise then?
  21. But you cant watch a game on MFR. Its only a radio station.
  22. I just hope not too many of the above poster's got too involved in similar thread's about Robert Eagle and Dean McDonald.
  23. So which is corect? http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/22619453 OR http://www.pressandjournal.co.uk/Article.aspx/3263559
