  1. Sent you another pm!
  2. Who cares!
  3. I don't think we've even sold 7000 for the final . How do you know this? Wish the club would just say how many have been sold
  4. Is there not a thread on that already!
  5. 9 I think. Still plenty of space
  6. I don't think anyone knows how many tickets we have sold as the club seem to be keeping it a secret! Probably because it's a lot less than predicted
  7. Wonder if we can get it to chart. County's cup final song got to number 25 in the Scottish charts
  8. There is only 1 answer. Winning a cup is what football is all about. Just wish it was the Scottish Cup. Europe will come one day but many teams histories are defined by cup wins. St. Mirren 87, Motherwell '91, Hearts '98 '06, Killie '97 '12, Partick Thistle '71. These dates roll off the top of my head but who remembers when they finished third in the league and got one or two rounds in Europe? A cup win will be somthing that is remembered and celebrated for decades to come. Many of these teams have special celebrations for the annaversary of their wins. We can join that. Some teams like St. Johnstone have never won a major trophy and other established clubs haven't won one in 30-40 years +
  9. That's you booked on. See you on Sunday!
  10. Seats available on Corriegarth bus to final. Leaving at 8.45 from Corrie. £15 return. Anyone interested then pm me or leave a message here
  11. So players sent off on Wednesday will miss the final!?
  12. Any update on how many tickets we have sold now?
  13. I have a vague recolection of being in the Thistle club when I was 16 before a game. The one and only time I was in there. This would have been in 2001. Did it last long after this, what was the reason for it closing. Would have been good to have another ICT pub in the city centre.
  14. What about the other half of the main stand that we don't have anymore. Surely they can be given that and around to where our allocation starts
  15. I went down to the Scottish cup final in 2010 on the mega bus and listening to the radio they were keeping an eye at the side of the A9 and think they mentioned 50+ coaches of fans heading down from the Highlands. Where did they get all those coaches from? Dundee Utd would have sourced many as well.
  16. Sent you a message on Facebook
  17. I think that flag looks awful cluttered. Needs to be a bit simpler and don't think we really need to advertise the website and caley jags together on it.
  18. Lol no. I doubt Scotrail heard he was backing it and thought we will have to do it now. I'm guessing this will be a dry train? Is there a time for it coming back?
  19. I'm not sure your point? If they move the corner sections to behind the goal we would be getting half the main stand and as much of the Lisbon lions stand as we need. That is enough for us. If we need more we can get the white sections in both teirs of the Lisbon lions stand. Going by what you are saying we would have 3k in the main stand and as many of the 13k in the Lisbon lions as needed. More than enough with the corners being unused. What is the point wanting to be allocated half a stadium when there is no chance of us selling it. Simple fact is Aberdeen probably will have nearer 30k. The above allocation would be more than enough for us
  20. All they need to do and I'm sure they will is move the corner sections into the Lisbon lions stand and I'm sure most people would be happy with that. There is space so seems logical thing to do. People who are saying we should have been given half the ground are being ridiculous.
  21. The French national team!
  22. Our allocation along with Aberdeen's will in effect be unlimited. Whatever the initial allocation if any team needs more tickets they will get as many as they need. Aberdeen won't take 40k and we won't take 20k which is what would be needed for a sell out
  23. For someone who is bored with the referendum Charles appears here constantly saying the exact same thing. Ragggeee SNP raggggeee Braveheart z z zzzzz. I fancy chipping in to get Charles on the first train to Carlisle on the 19th September, sorry I mean donkey, I forgot in an Independent Scotland we would have no transport at all. He can take his boring negativity and repatativeness there and moan about Morris dancing and UKIP all day long.
  24. If you want to see an Independent Scotland then this is the only chance you will ever have. There has not been a vote in the last 300 years and Westminster will make sure they don't lose their grip on Scotland anytime soon after a no vote. Can Scotland govern itself? Yes of course it can. Are decisions that effect Scotland best made in Scotland by a government Scotland voted for or in Westminster by a government voted in by the South of England who doesn't and never will have Scotland as its priority? This is almost hypothetical it is so obvious. Has any other country in the history of the world ever crawled back aksing to be taking in by UK rule again as they realised independence was a mistake? No, never. Is Scotland a rich country, rich enough to able to govern itself? Yes we would be one of the richest countries in the world by GPD per head of population. So what is holding you back? Westminsters desire to hold onto Scotland at any cost. I wonder why that would be. You can either vote yes due to hope and oppertunity and the chance to finally be a nation again. Or you can vote no out of trepidation and timidness and one day doubtlessly fill a cowards grave. It is now or never to see an independent Scotland. Don't regret it and think years down the line that we should have taken this oppertunity.
