ICT -V- Ross County
- Team for County
As close to last weeks team as possible. Hopefully Butcher is aware of 1) the amount of problems caused by the two big brutes up front for St. Mirren last week. The County back line couldn't handle them. We need Foran and some other player (Draper?) to get wide right into the County centre backs. Also, plenty of crossed balls please. We all know Fraser is a good shot stopper but he is awful at commanding his area. We're not set up for width but hopefully the likes of Doran, and I guess Roberts if he is played wide, get plenty of high balls into the area to cause Fraser some problems.- Roberts
I thought you stopped supporting ICT anyway?- New signing?
Haven't seen anywhere reporting this story but I still think he will end up being our top goal scorer this season.- New signing?
Don't know anything about this guy but I think he could go on to be an ICT legend.- The Highland Derby Ticket Fiasco
Yup. Don't know how accurate the system is but apparently there is 1 seat in B and now 85 in C.- The Highland Derby Ticket Fiasco
Got to laugh at Dougal getting on his soapbox about turning out to support ICT when he turned his back on the team earlier this season to go and watch County instead. Anyway, according to the online ticketing system there are just under 1,300 seats left for the home end still to be sold before Friday. County only have 94 tickets left for the South stand.- New signing?
Sounds like a good signing. I think he will do well for us. Hopefully he plays against Ross County and scores lots of goals so we can win the game.- ICTFC v retirement club roll call
Just watched the highlights of the St. Mirren v Ross County game. County looked all over the place any time a cross was played in and their centre backs were out muscled by the big St. Mirren forwards. Foran could have an absolute field day but I think we need some more aerial support up to to help him out. Plenty of wide play and get the balls into the box and see how the County defence deals with this because they didn't look too smart today.- Hospitality
Oh well, so long as you found it hilarious.- What the ...
A merger between ICT and Ross County can only be a good thing for football in the Highlands.- Hibernian -V ICT
Disappointed Cairney's thuggish challenge on Pepper isn't included in the highlights. Horrific challenge that should have resulted in a red card.- JD Sports Inverness - County merchandise
That's an appalling move from JD if true. No business would be stupid enough to do something like that.- Team v Hibs
Agreed. He never looked that useful when he was at Dundee despite his promise although that was because he was often played as some kind of left side forward. Definitely a boost for us and our porous defence that he is out of the game.- The Rules Should Be Bent To Suit Rangers
Get it right up you Sevco!- Owain Tudur Jones
Playing the ball doesn't mean that the challenge wasn't a foul.- Owain Tudur Jones
I would imagine that the referee felt that the tackle endangered the safety of the opponent and constitutes serious foul play.- crowd today.
I think that is an absolutely genuis idea. Not sure how easy it may be to implement but I'd be keen for that. Incidentally, AC Milan have apparently sold ~ 28,000 season tickets for 2012/13 and their stadium holds ~80,000. So we're keeping good company at least! EDIT: Apparently it is 23,618 (http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/blog/2012/sep/17/milan-serie-a-football) . Clearly, Milan selling Silva to P$G is like us losing Tokely to Ross County...- Owain Tudur Jones
Sky are a bunch of reelers when it comes to Scottish football outside of the Old Firm.- Hospitality
I don't think that's hospitality to be fair.- Owain Tudur Jones
Odd. Ian Auld says the club are not appealing.- Team v Hibs
You just copied my line up from P & B you cad! *shakes fist*- ICT -V- Aberdeen
Graeme Shinnie and Foran.- Hibs roll call
Yup I'll be there. In fact, I just checked the fixture list and, with the exception of the Celtic game, I'm intending on getting to every ICT game from now (yesterday) until the split. Unless I change jobs of course...- ICT -V- Aberdeen
Generally poor or not he got the better of our full backs on a number of occasions and only needed to be asked once to get a good ball in to allow Aberdeen to equalise. Our wing play was insipid by comparison. Indeed it was a horrible turnout but our attendances against Aberdeen have been plummeting for some time now. Still, 2,500 odd fans turning up to see what is seen by some, oddly, as a Derby game is very poor. Given that we have say 2,000 (at best) season ticket holders then that is a very poor effort from the locals. Are they being priced out though and are many simply fed up and disinterested with ICT just now? Butcher was having words with the referee at full time that's for sure! - Team for County
