Ian Harte Signs For St Mirren
If you aren't interested why post on the thread? Anyway, quite a surprise signing by one of our bottom 6 rivals. It was only a few years ago he was in the Champions League now he is going to be providing the chances for Billy Mehmet to score goals

Ictfc Official Bebo Page
I never use the official site. You can find out anything you need to on here quicker anyway.

Dougie Imrie
Great point. Look back at Hearts winner the other week. From kick off Hearts ran at the vacant left back slot and had two men on Munro. Imrie didn't track back to help out and we all know what happened next.

Alan Morgan
If you are speaking of the same Cup game I am thinking of then wasn't it a half volley from 25 yards that he socred? I don't recall a free kick from him.

"Jobs for the boys"
Hard to disagree with Yngwie. When Byrne was signed the signing was slated as we have seen him to be not very good and his isn't held in high regard by previous clubs. Now that Kerr has been signed and it would appear he is slated by both Hibs and Motherwell fans a lot of our supporters don't seem to mind what they think. I actually keep forgetting we had signed Byrne simply because I always joked about us ever signing him. I simply don't want to believe it

Bbc Alba
What Sky channel is BBC Alba on? I have never been able to find it. Although I haven't ever looked that hard to be honest.

Brian Kerr signs
Whilst I agree with the latter part of your sentence there the former does concern me especially when posts like this... ...are made and both Motherwell and Hibs fans say he often goes into hiding during games, doesn't work as hard as he should and therefore a team battling relelgation might not be able to afford to carry a player in this manner. Hopefully this is not the case and he knuckles down but these guys have seen him play before on a much more regular occurrence than we have and thus their judgements should perhaps be taken with some degree of merit.

Liverpool To Win The Title?
Weren't Rafas comments about how Ferguson bullies referees though? It seemed to come somewhat out of the blue with no comment from Ferguson preceeding it. SAF might have said something after it but the way I mind it was Rafa just exploding and ranting about what most managers in the EPL think anyway about Ferguson and his abuse of referees.

Brian Kerr signs
He was dross at Hibs going by what a lot of their fans say (P & B, The Hootsman & Edinburgh Evening News forums). Hopefully Butcher can get something out of him. Having just popped onto P & B apparently Well fans think he is crap as well and they can't stand him

Liverpool To Win The Title?
You mean Rafas surely? Hopefully Liverpool won't win anything. Gerrard is cheat. Nice diving by him yesterday. Shame he wasn't sent off.

Djebi-zadi
Personally I thought the idea was to have Proctor acting almost as a 2nd right back to help double up on McGeady...

Strachan
What irks me is the sheer hypocrisy of Strachan. Only a couple of days ago he was bemoaning how he can't compete with Stoke for players and how hard it is to put a team together on such a limited budget yet he seems to forget this when his club are the big team playing the wee team as was the case yesterday and greets to the press about how things don't go his way (again). Total idiot.

Odhiambo
Didn't think he looked that good to be honest but he was only on the pitch for 5 minutes so you can't really judge him on that.

Ian Black
Where has he said that? I thought Black did okay. Set pieces weren't exactly anything special but one or two caused problems in the Celtic box. His tackle on MacDonald was very bad. Lucky not to be sent off.
-
Barrowman
His link up play was very poor I thought. But he was up against it playing againts two hatchet men in Caldwell and McManus. We need to get the ball wide and sweep it into the box for him like we did against Aberdeen on the opening day of the season. He isn't going to run 20 yards with the ball and fire it into the top of the goal. He needs it in the 6 yard area.

Ict -v- Celtic : Matchday Thread
Not the best game of football but a lot more belief about the team and, as ICTChris mentions, we looked really solid at the back. Indeed, you could argue that we had the better chances of the game compared to Celtic who didn't seem to create too many clear cut chances. While a point is appreciated we need to take these performances into games against Falkirk, Kilmarnock and St. Mirren in the future. Fingers crossed.

The Threat Of Relegation
Relegation would be the worst thing to happen to ICT. We cannot afford to go down and I can't believe people are even entertaining the thought.

Let's all laugh at Livvy
McPake & McKay have their say Livi really are a shambles. I do like this quote though: Clearly they don't know how to do it all electroncially / online. These new Italian owners are a joke.

Loan Players
Hamilton apparently wanted him on a short term deal till the end of the season. Like what we have with Morais.

Butcher's Mafia
It's in The Sun as well today. Talks of Munro, McBain and Tokely being his mafia. Maybe he just wants to steal Ian Vigurs milk money.
