Yup. It's a vicious circle. Something will have to give first. The crowd today was very poor. To be honest I thought it was sub 3,000.

The keeper is normally helped out if his wall actually jump when the ball is played in and don't stand watching it sail over their heads.

I don't know about playing better in the 2nd half but in a couple of games this season we have lost goals very soon after the 2nd 45 has begun. Hibs and Celtic are the obvious two. Were there others?

Erm, yes. Did you not read my post earlier in the thread? That's how I saw it from MOTD2 replays. I'm not denying that Hutton collided with him but I don't believe that he is solely responsible.

Hutton must have some knee set up to be able to impact on Sorensens head when he clattered it from the other side!

I don't think he left his studs up but when you see the blood coming from Sorensens left side and then watch the replays you can see Hutton knocks him on the right had side of Sorensens head. It is Sorensens own defender who clatters into him and knocks him where the blood ends up coming from.

Some cracking scores tonight. Most will have seen Man United cruise past Celtic but others scores of note include Juventus defeating Real Madrid 2 - 1 while Villareal destroyed Aalborg 6 - 3. There were 8 goals between Steaue and Lyon (ghastly away top) as the French side came out on top 5 - 3, Bayern thumped Fiorentina 3 - 0 and Arsenal pounded Fenerbache 5 - 2 in Turkey. Loads of goals to get through tonight Looking to tomorrow Atletico Madrid v Liverpool looks tasty as does Chelsea v Roma. Can Cluj-Napoca take their stunning start into the game against Bordeaux? We had a Celtic fan and his son in front of us and to his credit he didn't say much when they went two up and he never reacted when he was wound up when ICT got their second. Personally I don't like having Away fans in the Home end but this guy deserves some respect for taking the banter directed at him in a reasonable manner.
