  1. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/s...rem/7051966.stm Nice number of names missing there from the Aberdeen team. Considine has aggravated an injury while playing for the Scotland U21s midweek, Smith is still injured and Hart is recovering from having his tonsils removed. Rumours that Aberdeen are looking to resign Leon Mike are not yet confirmed.
  2. Think how someone with a speech impediment might pronounce "three" :004:
  3. Not as vomit inducing as I thought it would be actually. Quite disappointing and timid from the "legend who is never afraid to speak his mind".
  4. From what I was told it was because the person actually hated me :007: Though that might also cover who you mean! :004: Might just be rumours but allegedly certain posters disappearence are related to other posters on the site who have also disappeared. Not 100% sure about that however.
  5. HawkeyetheGnu anyone? I know of one poster who stopped using the site allegedly because of me :017:
  6. Here's hoping that Derek Young plays, Richie Byrne returns from injury, Miller is played up front and Severin is stationed in the centre of defence. If that all happens we will win 8 - 0.
  7. I didn't get an EE this week. What mince was he spewing this week? I see Calderwood is in the paper warning Brewster not to try any mind games after old Craig met Severin during the week. Sounds like Tangoman is getting a bit worked up already if heis having to release this kind of stuff to the Press and Journal :001:
  8. I don't know about other users but I can't see the first poster unless I download it whereas with the 2nd one I can see it without downloading the pdf.
  9. Sent mine off yesterday. Going to sell the tickets on eBay :003:
  10. Fletcher was poor as well and Pearson wasn't playing in the centre of the pitch. He was being played wide. Fletcher and Ferguson were in the middle of the park. We just lost it in midfield sadly.
  11. I thought we did have one up front (Miller) with McFadden in a more withdrawn role behind the lone striker? Anyway, given that we needed (realistically) 4 points to qualify would this not have been the "easier" game to get the 3 points from rather than Italy?
  12. I would say Brown is better, I would certainly prefer him to be playing instead of Ferguson. One thing was clear though that without Hutton and Naysmith we didn't have the full backs to replace them. Murty and Alexander weren't good enough tonight and I don't think they are full stop. Pearson had a cracker in France but I'm not so sure he is a good replacement for McCulloch. I wouldn't have minded seeing a 2nd striker in there and drop McFadden to the left side.
  13. Yup totally agree but not sure how much a different strip really made at the end of the day sadly :007:
  14. When will England realise that Paul Robinson is simply not good enough? Another bad error from him tonight. Hard lines Platt! :015:
  15. Aye it's not all bad. It's just that when it rains and is overcast is there a not a more grey (literally!) place to be! :015: And until recently it had a prostitution tolerance zone :001:
  16. I think you need to wear a kit once before the kit makers can sell it. Can't mind where I heard that or if it's true but there you go anyway!
  17. Key turning point was that penalty claim when McFadden was clearly fouled. Had we got the spot kick and scored I think we would have won. Easy to say with hindsight but I don't think one up front was the way to go. I do think we can beat Italy but lets be honest - who thought we would even have a chance of qualifying from this group?
  18. I'll need to mind and pick up a copy of the Eveing Express and see what that clown McKimmie says about the game. I will guess something along the lines of he has never heard of any of our players. in the style of Keegan, I would love it if we destroyed Aberdeen. It's perhaps the one game I want to win most out of all the ones we play each season.
  19. I wonder why... Good to hear :003:
  20. Tangoman has come out all guns blazing: *P & J Clicky*
  21. Yeah I'll be going. I am literally 2 minutes from Pittodrie and will likely be drinking in Archies before the game. A few ICT fans normally stop off there but with folk working most might go straight to the game I think. However if you wish feel free to come along with us :003: Where you staying in Aberdeen? You up at Hillhead or down on campus?
  22. Nice one Zibi :015:
  23. Shennachie! :015: God he was mental! :015:
