I know it's a rhetorical question, IHE, but thinking back, for a Highland League team to mobilise that many troops was incredible. Likely went some way to convincing the central-belters of Inverness's viability when the League admission vote came a couple of years later. Not sure if it's urban legend, but reputedly some Caley fans were locked out! But anecdotal evidence suggests there may have been as many as 5,000 Caley fans there? It's not urban legend. There were fans locked out.

Was speaking to Dean on Sunday night. The players are certainly agrieved re the Aberdeen handshake episode. The players were also raging about the so called neutral venue, early ko injustice on Sunday.
