Agree with above I didnt like the West stand being used like this either but I can see that the club saw it as a way or raising extra money and possibly keeping them out of the home seats. We had the same thing as described at Ibrox before Christmas. In the section to my left there was a young boy who was about 8 yrs old at most giving us "the finger" egged on by his big brother or young dad. Was horrified that this kid was being indoctrinated like this and unfortunately he will probably be doing the same thing for the rest of his days. Im so glad my kids support us and not the OF. Not to tar all OF with the same brush but I would rather they were not exposed/involved in all the crap that comes with them.

Ok I know we are not exactly rolling in money but if and its still if, we play Celtic in the cup then our players deserve as many of their own support there as possible. I don't know the capacity of the main stand would be big enough anyway even if this were considered. So a big No from me.

According to bbc sportsound Turner can't play in the replay it will be Chris smith.

If the club have this sort of money (and Im sure they dont) it should be spent on the team not on a stand we dont need. Other clubs are closing/demolishing stands to save money. its not only building the stand but if folk are to sit in it then it has to be stewarded policed etc. If the gas line had to be moved then it would surely cost so much more than the other stands cost and Im sure costs will also have risen over the years. Interesting debate but it botton line in it aint gonna happen anytime soon!
