  1. Bazza was heading fer the bench anyway next season. Glad it has taken ya six feckin months to agree that we bought Cowie as a replacement. :001: I really do not think that ya can play Black, Rankin and Pat O'Linnen together - unless we go five across midfield. I would love to see: DUNCAN HART BLACK RANKIN O'LINNEN DARGO That would cut out the lumping from the back.
  2. :021: And he basically simplified what I had expanded on. :023:
  3. What the feck is going on here ?? :008: :008: Are ya feckin having a go at CC's tactics !!
  4. TM4J - Ya used Rankin's feckin name five feckin times in a positive mode - The boy must have played out of his feckin skin. :001:
  5. Feck aff ya grovelling fat old git. Ya was scooping in the pub.
  6. My fear is that Rosscoe can be slow on the turn or off the mark. When ya are steaming forward ya gather pace, strength and momentum. That is Rosscoe's absolute strength - nothing better than seeing the big man in full stride - he is more of an attack minded player. Defending wise his first time tackling and positional sense help him out and how many times have ya seen him appear to be struggling and get there (just) in the end. That is because he is really good at tracking back inside and taking in the angles - You just cannot afford to do that at centreback - the angles are limited.. Fast forwards are always on yer feet, looking to turn ya and get in behind. And Granty would not be able to cover that - he is also a true centreback and not of the "sweeper" nature. Now Caff is a defence minded player. He is pacy and aware, of a "sweeper" nature and a foil fer Munro. If he could develop his distribution then he would be a much improved player.
  7. I would say he was one of the better overall players this season. At Killie he was supreme but there are times when he aggravates with his poor distribution. He is a 100% player and that will do fer me. He has/will benefit from being given an extended run as an out and out holding player. IMHO he is a better player when Black is there.
  8. candidate fine a been otherwise would he as unfortunately defender central a of pace the lacks Rosscoe.
  9. I am sworn to secrecy. :004: And it may upset some punters.
  10. If that is the case it means that the wage structure has been raised - that is what he was asking fer - in that case Dargo may well stay as well. :001: :001:
  11. It wo'nt be up to CC though. Caff did look out of sorts when he played right back - and the Hibees game was when he got caught out. Rosscoe lacks the pace of a central defender unfortunately as he would otherwise been a fine candidate.
  12. I've been bottomless for five. :023: And so has ma feckin glass. :001:
  13. Its the bhoy Cathcart that we have discussed wiv Cellic.
  14. Is he not one of the most frustrating players ever - and what could he achieve if he added consistency to his repetoire. I reckon he has been my MOM on at least three occasions this season and the worst player on the park on at least three others.
  15. I reckon he has kept CC in his job!! :015: :015: :015: :015: :015: :015:
  16. I was reliably informed in Hong Kong that all the stops are being pulled out to finalise a sponsorship type wage deal with more spondoolachs fer games/goals etc.
  17. It will become clear very soon. :001:
  18. I suspect that I may be one of the very few that can say Feck Aff and Thanks and still remain respectful. Perhaps a cameo 15-20 minutes substitute appearance at Centre forward?? Dods should have been hooked before the Hun game anyway. With 11 men we may have snatched all three points.
  19. If anybody needs to contact me Urgently - e.g. CC next weekend - contact Hong Kong police and suggest that they search the bars and streets of the Wan Chai district. :001: or if it is Mrs IHE - the Kowloon district. :011:
