It's these kind of games we should be winning if we're going to have any hope of going back up into the SPL. There's little doubt the First Division is a tough league and there are no easy matches.

When you watch these European games you see the huge gulf in technique and skill between Scottish and European football. We don't seem to have moved forward at all in the last 10 years; we've gone back if anything. :016:

Definitely a confidence issue with Andy. Having seen him playing a few times last season he looked as if he had no confidence at all. It's a pity his goal against the Dons didn't have a more positive effect on him. I am sure he will come good for us and with a good run in the team and a few goals he'll do fine for ICT.

Well, I'm very sorry indeed to hear this news from the TCS. The ladies in the shop have always been very friendly and helpful to me when I've bought match tickets. Such a pity and a very short-sighted commercial decision. Where are we going to buy our scarves and tops now ? If the ladies in the shop by any chance read this post I can only wish them all the very best for the future and hope they get new jobs soon. :( :( :( :(

Quite agree there. Too many people sit on the sidelines criticising the efforts of others but do little themselves. Human nature I suppose and it's something we Scots are particularly good at.

After Celtic last night, now these two results. Total humiliation for the Dons. Only a reflection of the low ebb Scottish football has reached.

Definitely below par this afternoon and we got out jail. We always start the season slowly and there's little doubt we can do very much better than this. At least we're still in this cup. Keep the faith.

I would love to see Caley Thistle breaking the mould to become the first relegated SPL side to come straight back up again in the next season. It's going to be tough, especially with Dundee making some good signing lately. As for the team coming down next year, Falkirk must be favourites (at the moment anyway).
