  1. Well said. Staying up is still very much possible.
  2. Would agree with Kerr and Black, Kerr's passing range is better and he has more of an eye for goal than Russell Duncan who for me is proving to be more of a burden with each game. Think Morais should also play every game between now and the end of the season, his pace and foot work are a handful and every game needs to be played attackingly. I also think that means some sort of left sided player needs to go in on the left wing. Lionels crossing is poor and Foran is a striker, end of. Probably go with Vigurs, just cause McBain's getting a bit done and Imrie's final ball is hopeless each time. Foran and Imrie up front. Imrie chases after every ball and drags defenders away while Foran wins the headers and also gets into good areas. Just think it's time for TB to make a freshen up to the team.
  3. If we didn't have the bottle we would not have climbed of the bottom beating arguably the best team in the country to do it. Yes Saturday was humiliating but so has the majority of this season. And to have doubts over us after the Killie game is not needed. We won the game for goodness sake. Fact is there are 6 teams who are all capable of going down but as long as we keep the looking over our shoulders to a minimum and concentrate on improving our own form then i'm sure survival can be achieved. Personally i'd put my money on Killie going down. With everything thats at stake for them and the form there in i think they will bottle it in the closing stages of the season.
  4. Tokely, Munro and Fraser played for the club in 3rd, 2nd, 1st division and now SPL (over all) so they've being with the club for a few years and played there hearts out to get where they are now Imrie came from another club which was in the 1st division not 2nd like where barrowman came from. The only player i can think who came from a 2nd division team and has down well to fit in a SPL side is Morgaro Gomis (Dundee Utd) Danny Swanston at Dundee Utd as well. Willie Gibson at Kilmarnock. The likes of James McCarthy and McCarthur are examples as well of what the lower leagues can produce as well. Unfortunately any player taken from the lower leagues are a gamble.

    Grant Munro

Would agree that it is time for Munro to be rested. He has severely under perfromed in the last few games but i don't think Terry Butcher is intrested in the young players right now so i don't see Duff getting a shout, altough i think it would be a good idea. But at the moment i'm not intrested in seeing McGuire and i defnitely don't want Proctor to go back to centre-half so who else can we use??
  6. Fraser Tokely, Mihadjuks, Munro, Hastings Morais, Black, Kerr, Vigurs Imrie, Foran subs, Allison, Djebi-Zadi, Duff, Duncan, Proctor, Rooney, Odhiambo
  7. I did expect a tough task yesterday and i did expect Falkirk to really go for it but what i did not expect was for ICT to be so complacent that we got an absolute hiding, it was absolutely humiliating just to listen too. Too many players in our team have for so long simply played for the wage or got so complacent that they know they don't have to perform to the best of there ability as soon as all starts going so well, thats why we have never got very far in this league apart from survival. Especially now at the moment is the time we need our players playing every game like it's their last, i'm sure Butcher can't stress that enough to them.
  8. Shameful and embarassing.
  9. Game over for me.
  10. Sounds like there will be words at HT. Finnigan's doing what Anthony Stokes did to us 2 seasons ago. Scoring into us for fun and being the only Falkirk player to do it.
  11. Finnigan again. Flip sake.
  12. Barry Wilson just grabbed a goal for QoS today.
  13. Not impressed with that. Kerr played well last week and Duncan has done nothing to show me he's worth an automatic place in the team.
  14. Teaching myself how to play Simon and Garfunkel's Mrs Robinson.
  15. Yup, that one works for me too ..... and normally I have to switch the CD/iPod or whatever to one of my "coming home" songs ..... such as Frankie Miller - Caledonia, Big Country - Harvest Home / In a Big Country, or a few others I cant think of right now .... Good shout on Big Country, great Scottish band and provided a great soundtrack for a Scottish patriots film in Restless Natives. I love been Scottish and i'm proud of it. Proud of our history and what we have today, kilts, bagpipes, football, rugby, celidhs. Also our accents whether Highland or anywhere else we are easily spotted, which i love.
  16. Graham Smith of Motherwell hasn't exactly provided wonderful moments against us. He's flapped at a few corners in his time that we have taken advantage of. I think all the recent hype about him joining Hibs is ridiculous, he is badly overrated.
  17. -------------Gordon------------------- Hutton, Berra, McManus, McAllister -------------Caldwell------------------- Fletcher, Brown, Ferguson, Commons ---------------Miller---------------------
  18. No, but i did grow a beard which i kept until Brewster went.
  19. Whenever i get a haircut leading up to a home game the home game will be won.
  20. I'll start spreading the word about it. Great idea.
  21. Not dwelling but it just goes to show were we could be if Butcher and Malpas had come in a month earlier.
  22. Would be ashame to see Killie go down and out of buisness because then that will be the second team in a row to be relegated from the Premier League then in a matter of weeks go out of buisness. Gretna were in slightly different circumstances financially but there fans put up with a miserable season last year then took make matters worse at the end they had their clubs professional status taken away. If this does happen to Killie as well it does nor paint a very pritty picture for clubs who face the drop in future seasons. Would have to make either Falkirk or St Mirren my choice to go down. St Mirren cause they constantly try to poach our players and Falkirk so we wouldn't have to put up with Yogi's touchline moaning.
  23. He took that penalty so well last night. He was at ICT for 4 years, how come he never took any?
  24. Can't see us making any sort of long term plans until survival is secured.
  25. Would like to see Charlie Mulgrew get a sniff but like mentioned his defensive side is pathetic. The man is 6 ft 3 and he gets completely out muscled and out jumped by the likes of Scott McDonald and Morgaro Gomis. Pathetic. However his set pieces could prove pivital if given the chance. Cowie should defnitely be in the team given his recent Watford performances. Especially if crap like Gary Teale get in ahead of him.
