What an absolutely bizarre side topic we have here in regards to moans about the waiting times at the stadium. Appears to me that those complaining weren't there and weren't affected by it....essentially having a moan on behalf of people who may have had reason to moan, but aren't...!! In regards to orders taken over the phone. I believe that if you phoned the number instructed (0844 847 1888) then you would have been told where your tickets were for...these calls were being handled by the Ticketmaster call centre. If you phoned the stadium then any available staff were taking written orders to be processed by ticket sales staff later. As they did not have system access, then they would have been unable to allocate your tickets at the time of the call. So, it wasn't just 2 staff dealing with ticket sales...it was in fact ALL available members of staff who were working on it, just not all of them in the ticket office itself. Considering they also had match preparations ahead of tonight's game to handle as well as other day to day operations, I think they're (once again) doing a pretty remarkable job all in all.

I think what Hearts have done is great, but let's face it...they were in a league where 5 teams are part-time and a 2 are still self-harming (3 if you include Livi). Don't agree with shouts for the inclusion of Hartley either. Dundee have, as can be seen from recent accounts, been over-spending (again) and that should NEVER be rewarded. Same can be said for Ross County. IMO, nominations should be made up from Managers who have achieved beyond that which could be expected based on the resources available. So, from the Premiership this season, that's pretty much only ourselves and St Johnstone. All others are about where you'd expect them to be or lower. Probably would have been other suitably deserving nominees from the lower leagues. QotS & Stranraer kinda stick out as over achieving this season, but I don't follow those leagues enough to really say for sure.

I think the Clubs & SFA have got it pretty much spot on in terms of balancing income with affordability....and delighted they chose to do that in a manner which makes it more attractive to families and the younger generations. The only thing I would have done different is to charge the moany old feckers double

The biggest advantage (in regards to Europe) in winning the cup is that you enter one qualifying round later, which gives the lads an extra 2 weeks break/preparation time.

What exactly do people think Meekings could/would be cited for? He's not committed an act of Serious Foul Play, he's not sought to Deceive a Match Official and as (at least) two officials had a clear view of it then it can't be deemed an incident happening outside their view. Citing a player on any other basis would, IMO, be total and utter folly and would take little/no effort to have it thrown out.

Confirmed that this game will be played on Tue 5th May with a 7:45pm Kick-Off.

My biggest disappointment in all of this is that it doesn't affect ICTFC and we're not being forced to revise our badge I don't dislike our badge, it's just that the asymmetry of it makes it a feckin nightmare to work with.

One complaint I've seen said that supporters turned up at 12:30 and they were raging because they couldn't get in before kick-off at 12:45...!!! They then compound the issue by spending ages arguing with the turnstile operator about it instead of just getting in the ground...thus holding up everyone behind them.

Daniel Hoban is the other U20's keeper....and he's already been on the first team bench this season.

I'd be delighted to see Tremarco become first choice LB. It could be argued that he's perhaps not as versatile as Shinnie when it comes to being played in other positions (although I say that on the basis we've never seen him played elsewhere), but as a LB he's every bit as capable, IMO.
