What exactly do people think Meekings could/would be cited for? He's not committed an act of Serious Foul Play, he's not sought to Deceive a Match Official and as (at least) two officials had a clear view of it then it can't be deemed an incident happening outside their view. Citing a player on any other basis would, IMO, be total and utter folly and would take little/no effort to have it thrown out.

Confirmed that this game will be played on Tue 5th May with a 7:45pm Kick-Off.

My biggest disappointment in all of this is that it doesn't affect ICTFC and we're not being forced to revise our badge I don't dislike our badge, it's just that the asymmetry of it makes it a feckin nightmare to work with.

One complaint I've seen said that supporters turned up at 12:30 and they were raging because they couldn't get in before kick-off at 12:45...!!! They then compound the issue by spending ages arguing with the turnstile operator about it instead of just getting in the ground...thus holding up everyone behind them.

Daniel Hoban is the other U20's keeper....and he's already been on the first team bench this season.

We will be doing another live trial of commentary on ictfc.com/live (page will be available nearer kick-off). Shouldn't require the use of any VPN as there's no geographical restrictions on the feed. Again....please remember this is TESTing and that may be reflected in quality of the feed as we tweak things.

Thanks guys....we were (deliberately) operating over 4G tonight in an area where we know it's not the best and at 128kbps (when 32 is normally sufficient for voice only) to get a kinda "worst case" scenario for the audio transmission. So, whilst not top notch, it should have provided all the info we need to improve things going forward.

Not had a proper look at the published accounts (for County or Parent Company), but something doesn't seem right. All their talk of selling out hospitality for the full season, increased season ticket sales and attendance figures....yet turnover is down by about 13%!!!

The dates for each game HAVE NOT been confirmed yet and I would take the date on the BBC website with a pinch of salt. Like our fixtures system, you have to put in a date/time in order to list a match and they have listed that semi as the "default" Saturday at 3pm settings. Please do not go booking travel/accommodation based on one or the other.

I suspect the match will end up being played post-split.

Did anyone see it mentioned in their newspapers today (Sunday)? I'm just curious as the story was embargoed until today so that Sunday papers had the exclusive, but I didn't see it in my newspaper.

Just a wee bit of "procedural" info.... Compliance Officer makes any citations on behalf of the SFA. Club decide to accept or reject. Independent Panel is put in place to hear the case...panel does not include the Compliance Officer as he is the one who presents the evidence for the citation on behalf of the SFA. Panel makes the decision and it's then passed back to the SFA to action accordingly. Who makes up the panel seems to be a bit of mystery and there's a confidentiality rule that prevents anyone from naming them...!! For all we know they picked 3 randoms off the street and they just so happened to all be United fans.
