Tulloch Stadium Suitability
Their stadium and the TCS would appear to be UEFA Category 3 venues so County wouldn't have to use our ground!

Player Performance 2012/13
Good piece of work that. I'm still smiling at use of the phrase 'well-endowed' to describe our abundance of centre-backs....!

SPL Player of the Year
Leigh Griffiths, Michael Higdon, Niall McGinn and Andrew Shinnie on the shortlist. It'll be the first time since 1989/90 that a non-'old firm' player wins it! Tough one to call. I can't see McGinn getting it as his goals largely dried up, whereas Higdon's been banging them in all season.

Well done to Don Cowie who helped Cardiff to a draw at Burnley yesterday, and thereby picked up a Championship winner's medal.

The "Signed Up For Next Season" Thread
I'd imagine he'd be a squad player as opposed to a direct replacement for Shinnie. He's not played any higher than non-league in England so SPL will be a step-up for him - although we just need to look at Gary Warren to see that it can be bridged! That said, he's currently playing a couple of levels lower than Warren was when he came to us.

Tuesday 16th April English League 1 Barry Robson (Sheffield United 2-2 Brentford) Adam Rooney TWO GOALS (Swindon Town 4-1 Crewe Alexandra) N.B. Must also congratulate Inverness lad and our former player, Don Cowie, who'll be playing in the Premiership with Cardiff City next season!

The "Signed Up For Next Season" Thread
Hope that's correct! Would be happy to have Polworth and Cooper in the squad for next season. I've never seen Martin Laing playing, so I don't know about him! As well as it's going for us regarding re-signing players, we're still around 14 players 'light' for a squad for next season at this time!

St Mirren say "No"
^^^ I like that Monopoly analogy! Here's one for the SPL voting structure. A dozen guys are on a stag night finishing their drinks in a pub. "Right lads, do we stay here for a another pint or will we head to the next bar? Hands up we move on." (a forest of hands (ten) goes up). "Okay, that's unanimous ...10 wanting to hit the next pub. So, it's decided guys, we're staying here! Not a sufficient amount of us want to move on" !!! DEMOCRACY!??!

Free weekend. Clach game anyone?
Dalbeatie need to go junior. Too good to be in that South of Scotland League. I know they've previously tried the EoS, but I'm sure they could hold their own initially in the lower West leagues.Or even better...the Pyramid system that Scottish football badly needs.

Semi-finals
If you look at the Hibs fans' forum, you'll see how fickle fans can be! From Fenlon being the worst Hibs manager, overseeing the worst performance in their HISTORY, with season tickets being ripped up, Griffiths being crap, "don't blame the fans leaving at half time", no backbone or ambition, never going back to Easter Road, embarrassed and ashamed to be a Hibee.....to....Our name's on the cup! Fenlon deserves credit for his half time talk...so proud to be a fan of this Hibs team...the courage and resiliance we showed....Griffiths a legend....we're all going to Hampden in May...ooh to, ooh to be, ooh to be a..HIBEE! Hilarious! A few of the early posters probably wanting the thread deleted! But it's a lesson- never leave before the end of a game. In fact, the last Celtic v. Hibs Cup Final was in 2001 - the year after we had the famous 3-1 win at Parkhead. In the 2001 tourney, we were 0-3 down to Ayr and went on to win 4-3! Also, Hibs fans wondering if their comeback is the best in Cup history, but our Ayr win renders it NOT! Two great semi finals!
