  1. Neither of which are probably ready to make the step up to sub keeper next season. You know this how? I'vce never seen Wilson play but I have seen Allison a couple of times, and he was rather poor. That was Lionel.

  3. From what I've heard he's really dodgy.
  4. With Fraser offski, ICT will need a new sub-keeper for next season. Anyone got any ideas?
  5. I thought MN was Marius Niculae.
  6. This is my favourite line: Ms MacDonald said Sloan "got caught up in the spirit of the game" and had not meant to insult anyone. She added: "He does not feel what he said was meant to be hateful but accepts it could be interpreted in that way by others." Really? And on the subject fo the shirt, I doubt this guy has normal clothes anyway as some seem to live in their shirts. Probably like this pinheaded nutcase.
  7. As this is a cup game, I'd also consider something like this: ---------------------------------Esson-------------------------------------------- -----------------Mihadjuks----------------------Munro-------------------------- ---Tokely-----------------------------------------------------Djebi-Zadi-------- --------------------------Black--------------------Vigurs------------------------ ---Morais---------------Rooney-------------------Foran----------Imrie--------- Subs: Fraser, Odhiambo, Duff, Duncan, Barrowman A good attack style with the old Brazilian 4-2-4 formation with Tokely and Djebi-Zadi as wing wacks to make it a 2-4-4 in attack.
  8. Strachan is an annoying little, ginger heard, three foot tall, twit. That is all.
  9. I wouldn't mind seeing Tokely at right midfield.
  10. Hence the reason I just changed it.
  11. --------------------------------Esson----------------------------------- ----------------Mihadjuks-------------------Munro---------------------- ---Tokely------------------------------------------------Djebi-Zadi------ -----------------Black-----------------------Vigurs---------------------- ---Morais--------------------------------------------------Foran-------- -----------------Rooney----------------------Imrie---------------------- Subs: Fraser, Eric, Duff, Duncan, Wood, Barrowman, Proctor
  12. I'll be laughing if Lionel scores today and it's god to see Proctor at right wing, it's long overdue.
  13. yep they've reached a new low, even by their standards. They've been on every sports channel in the country, every news channel as well and been in every newspaper the lengh and bredth of the nation but tonight they will be making a guest appearance on CRIMEWATCH UK, all of Scotland know about them and tonight the whole of Britain will know they are nothing but drunken louts. thank god they waved the union jack and not the saltire on their travels, thank god they sang rule britania and god save the queen and not the flower of Scotland or scot wa hae Wouldn't have made the blindest bit of difference if they carried Welsh flags. Everyone just looks at them as idiotic Rangers supporters.

Well he can play right wing, left wing and in the centre of midfield. Was also pretty good at the start of last season but somethimes goes a bit off the boil. Not a bad player though and was captain of Ross County.
  15. It seems over the last few months, every man and his dog hated Malky Thompson. Why?
  16. What's that got to do with it?

I for one am optimistic at this point, that the appointment of Terry Butcher, the most experienced manager to ever be appointed at ICT. Hopefully this marks the end of the heartache and the desperation that came with being an ICT fan, during the era of Craig Brwster and Malky Thompson. A pair that had ICT on the worst run of form ever and a style of play that was uninspiring to say the least. The dream that was started in 1994 was almost destroyed. The flame nearly flippered out and the possibility might have had to have been endured that the ICT glory days were over and ICT would slip away from what they once were. Away from being a team to be feared, a team that was known as giant killers, until just becoming "just another club". Luckily for us there is still hope, and have hope for and an optimistic about the new appiontment of Terry Butcher. I hope I can now say, welcome to a new era of Inverness Caledonian Thistle. This marks this start of what I hope are THE glory days because I truly believe that ICT's best days are not behind them, they are still to come. So today, the work begins again, the team must play as one again, the glory days will begin again and the dream lives on.
  18. I don't see why it is such a big deal. Bruce Arena was manager of the New York/New Jersey Metrostars and the USA team at the same time. Guus Hiddink was manager of PSV Eindhoven and Australia at the same time. So I don't see how being manager of ICT and having a part time job at Scotland (a team that only have a handfull of games a year, some of which are meaningless friendlies), would hurt ICT.
  19. BTW it took an absolute age for ictfc.co.uk to say that Brew had been sacked.
  20. I've just heard on TalkSport that Butcher has been confirmed as boss of ICT.
  21. Interesting point in the Sun article about Robbo and Wilson. The news will come as a hammer blow to former Caley boss Robbo. He was desperate to get back into the game and rejoin the club he managed between 2002 and 2004. The ex-Hearts ace planned to take local legend Barry Wilson with him as his No2.
  22. IIRC Bobby Mann lived in Dundee and used to travel to Inverness everyday for training so it can be done.
  23. I think you mean the Arbroath CIS Cup game.
