I'd love to see Tade of Raith Rovers coming here.
  4. Just back from the most one-sided game I've seen in years. Very quite night for Tuffey with just the odd back pass to deal with. Got the impression in the second half, minds were very much on the Hamilton game. Rooney well deserved MoM. This wasn't one of Eric's better nights, but it didn't matter. Good performances from Cox at right back, also Munro, Ross and Hayes. Bring on the Hamilton!

Denis was a decent player for us - always plenty of effort and commitment from him, and several memorable goals. I also spoke to him on a couple of occasions - a really nice, likeable bloke, but now he'll just be one of the opposition.... Sorry - I doubt if I'll even notice him tonight.... I certainly hope that will be the case!
  6. Can't see anything other than a humping for Billy Reid's boys if the nucleus of the side that humped Utd take to the field.... Forget all these old wife's tales about bogey teams....Caley Thistle are a team of hardened pro's now - they will not let us down. Prediction : 3-0 (minimum!) Have faith!
  7. It is a very good point.... It's not just men who need to improve their diet and adopt healthier lifestyles.. They need to do more of this And less of this :eat: and this
  8. Had Eric pulled the trigger and shot wide, or had the keeper saved, he would have been slagged off for not squaring it to Rooney, who was in a much better position. Man City scored a very similar goal last night against Liverpool. Somebody in their camp must have been watching us!
  9. I'd say Munro or even Tokely would have been a better choice than David Weir.
  10. By Christmas!
  11. What do mean "IF"?
  12. I told him a while ago he really should make more of an effort.... Very pleased he took my words on board.
  13. Can't you fix it for him?
  14. Jim Spence on his radio commentary said that shot of Bauben's hit the post. It was yet another fantastic save from Esson.
  15. Unbelievable strikes from McCann and Duncan - two candidates for goal of the season in just one game. Oh... and the Rooney goal beautifully set up by Eric was a classic as well. I just can't wait for Saturday now....
  16. TB will have a major job on his hands keeping this team intact through the season.
  17. Do us a favour, Tichy..... Don't bet on them again!
  18. Just noticed Wilsononourwing reading this thread about 10 mins ago... As he was just about the only ICT fan who believed, and continued to believe, we'd get promotion last season, where does he think the team might finish in this league come next May?
  19. Great post!
  20. Boring, boring, boring.... What's happening with the ducks?
  21. Yes, I'd go with that, although might start with Eric instead of Rooney, who along with Hayes, might benefit from a wee rest. A very impressive bench, if required.
  22. Yeap.... We're better than AEK Athens now....
  23. If this had been a boxing match the ref would have stopped it by now.
  24. And Gary Kenneth is Scotland's centre half....
  25. And just wait till Foran returns.... Things could get even better.
