Top 6 this year? Believe!

Just hope this will silence the McCann critics for a wee while. Also didn't hear much mention of Hayes in the 1st 45.... Maybe still not fully fit?

Will we be the SPLs whipping boys?
I'd be more than happy to oblige....

Given that crunching challenge Hayes took after just 30 secs, I thought he did really well just to carry on playing, despite the obvious pain he was in, and the fact he had difficulty breathing. Even with that handicap he was still our most dangerous player for the rest of the time he was on the field.

I know what you mean. I've heard he's a very messy eater.

Should it not, or could it not be updated automatically?

Team for Dundee United
Of all the Div 1 players we encountered last season Tade was the one that impressed me the most. I'm surprised he is still at R.R. I'd love to see him coming here.

Team for Dundee United
I'd say the team for Sunday will virtually pick itself. Or, to put it another way, we have very few options.

A tad harsh on wee Jonny there, Harry. He took a hell of a clatter in the box in that first 30 seconds, and stated afterwards he got a knee in the ribs, which was not only very painful, it was actually restricting his breathing. Even with that handicap, I felt he was still our most dangerous player over the 70 minutes he was on.

Team for Dundee United
I'd go with.... Esson McCann Tokely Munro Gillet Ross Cox Duncan Hayes Odhiambo Rooney Subs - Tuffey, Sutherland, Proctor, McBain, Golabek, Sanchez

In our defence ?
You can look extremely shaky when anyone runs at you... Your tackle's probably seen better days too.
-
So what's the next move?
Yeah.... Looked like he tweaked his hamstring with that sudden burst of speed he produced on his way to the dug-out when his number came up..... Presumably he'll be out for about 6 weeks now. Football can be so cruel at times.

Pies and a ****
I have heard that the "Fleetwood Trawlers" are very accommodating, satisfying, and rewarding. It is advisable however to arrange for a sexual health check-up as soon as possible after any meaningful encounter. :hot:

So what's the next move?
So what is he?

Ref. for Saturday
I don't understand how he gave Celtic a free kick after Hayes was tripped on the edge of the box in the 1st minute. Presumably he thought it was a dive..... looking at the tv replays in slow motion it looked like a clear penalty to me.

Team for Sellic
Probably the best line-up TB could have come up wth in the circumstances.... The only reservation I have about it is that in Ross and Hayes we have two right wingers... neither of them seem to be any good playing wide left. Still... Should be good enough for at least a point.

Foran is no ready
Just ask anyone who's seen the pre-season games which one of the new signings impressed the most.... Kenny Gillet or Blumanshtein? I think I know what the answer would be, and I could also point out that Gillet is very capable of playing in a variety of positions.
-
Foran is no ready
I just can't understand how TB sees Blumanshtein as effective cover for Foran..... He's just not in the same league..... I'd much rather have seen Golabeck back at LB and Gillet moved up to left midfield... At least with him you get a bit of bite, and some meaningful commitment. Thank God Jonny Hayes is available for this one.

Sports bar
Sounds brilliant.... Gonna have to get up early on Saturday morning now, though.... 11.00am :024:

Foran is no ready
I still can't understand how his injury could have recurred. He trooped off the field last Saturday, all smiles and shaking hands with everybody. Has his knee broken down again in training this week? I'm worried about Hayes now too - he looked knackered when he came off after about 70 mins against Clach... Loosing him as well would be yet another major body blow.

Foran is no ready
I feel as if we are staring relegation in the face now.

Foran is no ready
Is he that bad? I've never seen him play but heard he is a decent player. C'mon folks, we're not a one-man team. Terry Butcher has a team who play for each other. We're going up against a revamped celtic side who aren't used to playing with each other - we're far more of a team than they are. Lennon is questionable. Have a bit of belief. I still think we can and will win on Saturday. He certainly hasn't set the heather alight, so far. Maybe if he can get through 90 mins without adjusting his feckin headband and concentrates on what's going on around him, who knows what he might achieve. Hope springs eternal.

Foran is no ready
I've just had it confirmed now too....Richie is out for at least 3 weeks. Shame he was introduced into that meaningless game last Saturday. Would have made much more sense to have brought him back on this Saturday. Hindsight is such a gift, of course.... Presumably Bloomingawful will be on in his place

Foran is no ready
He was running around last Saturday like a man possessed. Looked pretty pleased with himself and absolutely fine to me when he went off at the end. Please tell me this is a wind up....
