The juggernaut has run out of fuel, the bubble is absolutely flat and their bottles are totally burst. As Victor Meldrew said the other night, I don't believe it! How you can possibly allow a wee team from the Highlands of Scotland to catch up, overtake and then pull away is against all odds surely. What next, Ross County to win the Cup? I'm so pleased that Leigh, (hiya pal) got his hands on a minor trophy, after all, why should we have all the fun. I would have thought teams like that would be out of the competition long before they reached the stages where they would be drawn against County.

After the first 2-2 draw at Dens Park. I knew we were as good as them if not better, and more importantly they knew we were as good as them. One or two blips along the way, but once the team was sorted then we cruised to the title. My finger nails are testament to that.

As my buddy Elton said, I'm still standing............................... I started the Dundee's relentless march to the title thread as a tongue in cheek swipe at the ever growing band of ICT fans knocking their own club in favour of the grossly overhyped and underachieving Jute workers. I think it has served it's purpose. It has been difficult for everyone to commit 100% behind the club this season because of the highs and lows, but here we are now, heading back to the SPl at the first time of asking, you can't get better than that.

What a bunch of glory hunters watching the big boys. I'll be watching the Queens game. I'm not sure many were going to support County, but were going to watch the spectacle of the cup final and would not be unhappy if County won. Thats a long way from supporting them.

For me, this has been the most exciting season ever, better than the last promotion. The last time we sneaked up at the last moment, this time we have enjoyed the depths of despair, the chase, the catch up the overtake and the cruise into the distance. It has taken most people by surprise, but we were always in contention, albeit a bit further off the pace than most fans would have liked. The weather has also played it's part as games in hand and points in the bag made the table a bit skew-wiff. It's all come together perfectly, against all odds part two.

It was the managers reluctance to play him thatn has almost lost us this league. Is this good judgement or good luck. Roy should have played against County when we were crying out for someone who knows what these games are about. Still, alls well that ends well.

It's another fair assessment Johndo, although we really tore into them in the second half. The stats tell their own story. Esson did make two or three crucial saves, what a keeper he has turned out to be. Rooney was too isolated in the first half, but we upped our game in the second half and despite Esson making a superb save and block, the Pars keeper was by far the busier and Rooney's dipper produced a great save. Rossco header blocked, Sanchez dithering as he never had the confidence to hit it first time, overall we really deserved to win comfortably, but the first half was, well, poor. Agree about Roy, he filled Cox's boots and looked like he is supposed to be playing every week. In fact, had he been playing earlier in the season we would be champs by now. Eric had his best game yet and grew in confidence once we went ahead. he must have been close to MoM as well. Hard to down anyone after such a comprehensive attacking display in the second half.

Relegation was not all bad. To be honest, the relegation wake was much better fun than yesterdays celebration which was a bit dour. It forced us to reshape and we have brought in some cracking players.
