  1. I suspect that we will need to replace Brown, Dods and Dargo either now or in the summer. No easy task!
  2. It seems to me that saturday's match at East End Park is probably the most crucial we have played since beating St Johnstone to secure promotion. Win and we are ten points away from the foot possibly even having climbed place in the table. Confidence will be largely restored and our opponents' confidence will take another knock. In that event we can concentrate on looking towards the top six rather than down towards the trap door. Lose, on the other hand, and we will be firmly in relegation territory confidence further dented and Dunfermline with their tales up the rest of the season my well be a relegation dog fight. However, if we repeat our firt half showing of last week, hopefully with the defence being a little tighter Iam sure we can extend our great SPL record against the Pars nd begin to banish the spectre of relegation for the season.
  3. I remember that Killie "goal" I've never sen a ball so far over the line withut a goal being given. Pity we lost the replay.
  4. Agreed.
  5. Myth
  6. Repel
  7. I can't see us taking such a retrograde step.
  8. I would be surprised if he was anything more than a bit player coming off the bench from time to time.
  9. Entice
  10. Very good site. Great idea.
  11. Can't see it myself.
  12. Bait.
  13. Sounds like one for the future; Buchanan that is not Billy Dodds.
  14. Tend to agree that it's a good move on the whole but much more needs to be done by the trust to raise its profile and recruit new members.
  15. Much more encouraging. Moe of the same on saturday and we are likely to be ten points clear of the foot of the tabe.
  16. The biggest problem would be lack of match fitness. What's the point in offering a short term contract to a player who is likely to take half it's duration to get match fit ?
  17. spacial
  18. Apart from the Celtic game not long after the USH was installed, have we ever lost another gane to a waterlogged pitch ?
  19. :003: :003:
  20. Cognac
  21. The end of an era indeed.
  22. As for the immediate future, success will be remaining above Dunfermline until the conclusion of the season. A fourth consecutive season at SPL level would be quite a feat for a club witgh our resourses and fan base.
  23. Well done lads, that must bode well for the future.
  24. And your point is ?
  25. Iain Stewart is also in the frame.
