  1. I'd be happy enough with his signature. A solid player with SPL experience who can play in centre midfield or right back; a better Dan Stratford if you will...
  2. I'd take either/both of Benjelloun & Cregg if wages weren't too much of an issue. Cregg is a battling midfielder in the mould of Duncan and Benjelloun would play brilliantly in the Odihambo/Sanchez position just in front of the striker. Ma-Kalambay is awful though
  3. Ha! I saw this on the BBC main page on Monday and nearly burst into tears! Glad i'm not the only one to have panicked

I really enjoyed pre-season last year and also managed to cross Glebe Park off my list of Scottish Stadiums visited. I'd imagine it will be quite similar this year, with perhaps one or two more challenging games v. English lower league sides. Also the possibility of a 'friendly' v. County... I would however like to see us make the trip to Ireland or somewhere like that
  5. Have you read the article!? There's a list of the competition in it :D
  6. We also have Shinnie available at left back now that he's finished a successful loan spell in the Highland League. He looked the most promising out of himself and Nick Ross when they burst onto the scene last year from what I saw...

    Absolutely awful footballer.
  8. Just been released by the Dons Would you take him back? Good in center midfield and has also played well as a right back on occasion. I used to take the p*** out of him when he was in a Dons shirts, but he's proven himself to be a tidy player when played in the right position.

Isn't Morais out of contract now...? I'd rather him back tbh. Hayes---------Morais----------Foran ----------------Rooney----------------
  10. Progress being made with contracts...
  11. What are the chances that they'll go after Terry then? I reckon he'll be mentioned as a possible favourite by lazy journalists... St Mirren might even enquire about availability!? BUT I AM 100% SURE THAT HE WOULD TURN THEM DOWN :)
  12. Imrie showed his true colours in the Alba Challenge Cup Final. A poor man's Johnny Hayes i.e. less pace, less skill, less goals, less assists, a poorer right foot, poorer discipline... less end product. As soon as he left we became a closer unit. Coincidence??
  13. When is the fixture list announced?
  14. There was also that court case in Aberdeen hanging over his head... :023:
  15. Slightly surprised that Bully has gone as he has impressed me in the majority of games he's played. Strong, tall, athletic with a knack of scoring... a young man's Darren Dods if you will? Maybe we would've had to pay a fee though to get him permanently? The others have been ok in spells, with Duff too much of an injury concern much like Markus was when he signed from Cowdenbeath. Sensible enough decisions. Looking forward to the new players coming in and seeing them in action during pre-season.

YYYYYEEEEESSSSSS!!!!! Delighted. Absolutely delighted. I've got free tickets to the Dons game tonight, so i'll be going along there with an awfuly smug grin... glad in the knowledge that the likes of Hayes and Foran didn't want to go the Dons.
  17. Bullock joins Livingston as player/coach
  18. Delighted with this news... but:

I'm guessing that is why they were chosen to collect the new van from the supporters trust? Since they couldn't train... Foran did look to take a nasty one against Ayr, but managed to carry on for another 25mins or so after the incident. So I wouldn't imagine it'll keep him out for pre-season. Maybe a chance for Sanchez, Eagle or Ross to take his place? I'd imagine it'll maybe be Eagle after his excellent goal on Saturday... with a chance to try and win a new contract. I thought Morrison did well against Ayr but I'd love for Cox to get back in the team to celebrate his new contract.
  20. Dinna worry, i'll be at the Camden Crawl in London that weekend
  21. I'd rather use a brush than a comb...

I'm genuinly delighted (and a little surprised!) that Foran and Cox have committed for another 2 years. Fantastic news!! Couldn't be happier!! If Hayes/Esson/Tokely sign up for another few years each, then I'll be really excited going into the new season.
  23. We went there last summer but Rory didn't show up, he was at T in the Park instead! Edit - actually I can't remember if he played against us, but he definitely missed one of Brechin's pre-season games for that reason. He definitely played against us for Brechin last pre-season because I remember he was rotten
  24. Purely out of selfishness I'd like us to play some teams near Aberdeen Maybe we should offer to play Dundee!?
  25. Going to 'home' matches at Pittodrie... ...in addition to more visits to Edinburgh :021:
