  1. That 2nd goal is embarrassing!
  2. Yeah he was an Austrian right back, wasn't terrible but wasn't really worth remembering either. Total apppearances for our defenders for that season were... Tokely 31 Shinnie 29 Gillet 27 Golobart 21 Piermayr 19 Meekings 19 Proctor 10 Hogg 10 Aldred 2
  3. Guess that'll be Esson then
  4. Like in Football Manager where at the end of the season it gives you your team for the overall season i was wondering what our first XI would be for the past few seasons based on appearances for that year. I took note of everyone that played and slotted in the players with the most appearances for that season although i think some of the stats may be wrong ( i took them from this website ) Do they seem right? 02/03 Mark Brown Ross Tokely Bobby Mann Grant Munro Stuart Golabek Richie Hart Russell Duncan Roy McBain Barry Robson Dennis Wyness Paul Ritchie Subs Stuart McCaffrey, Charlie Christie, Stevie Hislop, Liam Keogh, Michael Fraser 03/04 Championship Winning side Mark Brown Ross Tokely Bobby Mann Stuart McCaffrey Stuart Golabek Richie Hart Russell Duncan Roy McBain Barry Wilson David Bingham Paul Ritchie Subs Liam Keogh, Stevie Hislop, Darran Thomson, Grant Munro, Michael Fraser 04/05 Mark Brown Ross Tokely Grant Munro Darren Dods Stuart Golabek Richie Hart Roy McBain Russell Duncan Barry Wilson Graham Bayne Juanjo Subs Liam Keogh, Stuart McCaffrey, Ian Black, Bryan Prunty, Michael Fraser 05/06 Mark Brown Ross Tokely Darren Dods Grant Munro Richard Hastings Barry Wilson Russell Duncan Ian Black Roy McBain Craig Dargo Dennis Wyness Subs Craig Brewster, Alan Morgan, Stuart Golabek, David Proctor, Michael Fraser 06/07 Mark Brown Ross Tokely Grant Munro Darren Dods Richard Hastings Barry Wilson John Rankin Russell Duncan Roy McBain Graham Bayne Craig Dargo Subs Ian Black, Dennis Wyness, Stuart McCaffrey, Richie Hart, Michael Fraser 07/08 Michael Fraser Ross Tokely Grant Munro Phil McGuire Richard Hastings Don Cowie Russell Duncan Ian Black Roy McBain Marius Niculae Dennis Wyness Subs Barry Wilson, David Proctor, Graham Bayne, Dougie Imrie, Zbigniew Malkowski 08/09 Ryan Esson David Proctor Ross Tokely Grant Munro Richard Hastings Don Cowie Ian Black Russell Duncan Roy McBain Dougie Imrie Richie Foran Subs Lionel Djebi-Zadi, Andy Barrowman, Pavels Mihadjuks, Iain Vigurs, Michael Fraser 09/10 Ryan Esson Ross Tokely Grant Munro Nauris Bulvitis Stuart Golabek Lee Cox David Proctor Johnny Hayes Dani Sanchez Richie Foran Adam Rooney Subs Russell Duncan, Eric Odhiambo, Lionel Djebi-Zadi, Daniel Stratford, Kyle Allison 10/11 Stuart Duff Ross Tokely Grant Munro Graeme Shinnie Nick Ross Lee Cox Johnny Hayes Eric Odhiambo Richie Foran Adam Rooney Subs Russell Duncan, Kenny Gillet, Aaron Doran, Chris Hogg, Jonny Tuffey 11/12 Ryan Esson Thomas Piermayr, Ross Tokely Roman Golobart Graeme Shinnie Greg Tansey Nick Ross Johnny Hayes Andy Shinnie Richie Foran Gregory Tade Subs Kenny Gillet, Billy Mckay, Josh Meekings, David Davis, Jonny Tuffey 12/13 Antonio Reguero David Raven Gary Warren Josh Meekings Graeme Shinnie Ross Draper Owain Tudor Jones Aaron Doran Andy Shinnie Richie Foran Billy Mckay Subs Ryan Esson, Phillip Roberts, Nick Ross, Daniel Devine, Shane Sutherland 13/14 Dean Brill David Raven Josh Meekings Gary Warren Graeme Shinnie Ross Draper Richie Foran Aaron Doran Nick Ross James Vincent Billy Mckay Subs Marley Watkins, Carl Tremarco, Greg Tansey, Danny Williams, Ryan Esson As said i think there are some mistakes in the stats, having a quick look i don't recall Tudor Jones playing for us last season although it states he had 39 appearances. So i would suggest Nick Ross replaced him, with him moving places with Foran.
  5. Can't help you top six but I've got two :p. managed to get one signed by the team which I have framed and the other I wear occasionally. Although both say scotrail as sponsor I think.
  6. Bit disheartened but i'll watch the Alba showing and see how we played before i start slatting them. It was always going to be difficult playing Motherwell away, They are a very decent team and if i'm being honest they are better than us so a draw would have been a great result for us tonight. Not to be though, and i think whats more annoying is yet again we haven't scored. Lets keep it real: Scottish Premiership We 19Mar 2014 Motherwell 2 - 0 Inverness CT Scottish Premier Sa 16Feb 2013 Motherwell 3 - 0 Inverness CT Scottish Premier Su 02Sep 2012 Motherwell 4 - 1 Inverness CT Scottish Premier Sa 14Jan 2012 Motherwell 0 - 1 Inverness CT Scottish Premier Sa 23Jul 2011 Motherwell 3 - 0 Inverness CT Results from last 2 seasons at Fir Park....

    Today

When I was waiting at gilmour street station I was outnumbered 10-1 by Aberdeen fans, I've never seen a dons fan in paisley before!
  8. I don't think we've even sold 7000 for the final . Well if we havent then thats poor.
  9. We've sold 47-48,000 tickets for the final? I think the Aberdeen fans are turning up in numbers because it's against us personally..... Not too bad considering. Heres a list of previous finals... St Mirren v Hearts 2013 - 44,036 Livingston v Hibs 2004 - 45,500 Aberdeen v Dundee 1996 - 33,096 Aberdeen v Hibs 1986 - 46,061 Only two finals in the past 50 years not including the OF have had more sales than for our final.
  10. The side picks itself, nearly everyone is picking the same team. Has to be 4-2-3-1 from the off. Happy we have an experienced bench now with only a backup striker missing.
  11. Did anyone find out the starting 11? It looked like a very young under 20s side which makes me believe a few players from the next step down we're given a go.
  12. We are still in with a shout for Europe so I'd go with our best 11. Brill Raven meekings warren tremarco Foran shinnie Doran Vincent Ross Mckay
  13. If I was an Aberdeen fan and all our allocated tickets were up of course id be trying to get into the other end. Watching the game in another end is still better than not watching it at all. I don't blame Aberdeen fans for doing this at all.
  14. Finished 1-0, couple of chances in the first half but nothing too threatening, second half they passed the ball about well but with no end product. They struggled at times to get out of their own half without giving the ball away. Joe Gorman at right back looked decent as did Ali Sutherland.
  15. St mirren have been the better side, had a lovely shot off the bar from outside the box. They look most likely to score again.
  16. Ok so I've picked up on Jason brown, joe Gorman, Ali Sutherland, Calum howarth and two guys dunc is shouting out upfront that sounds very like Jamie and Chris...
  17. Ali Sutherland and Calum Howarth are starting.
  18. Sounds like they're St Mirren youth players. St Mirren aren't providing a live feed. Cheers anyways! I'm actually fairly confident it was icts strikers that they were shouting at.
  19. 1-0 st mirren, player took forever to shoot and when he did it was blocked, a cross was sent in and a nice volley outside of the 6 yard box to finish.
  20. Struggling to make out faces if I'm being honest. Heard Chris and Jamie being shouted?
  21. Couple decent chances in the last couple minutes for both sides, st mirren the better side but Inverness starting to creep into it.
  22. No Esson for Inverness today, maybe playing on wed? Jim Goodwin playing for st mirren in what seems to be a very young ict reserves.
  23. Since Friday blocks 116/117 are now sold out with 118 having the odd single seats and 119 the final block in the lower with lots of seats left.
  24. Just had a look at the website and tried to purchase a few tickets just to see what seats were left. 112/113/114/115/ were all sold out with 3 seats left in 116. There was plenty to choose from in 117/118. Not too sure how accurate this is but if true then i think it'll be a decent turnout.
