  1. Another classic! SFL games have always been my favourite matches but we've had some amazing cup wins and draws as well. For SPL matches, beating Hibs 3-0 was probably my most memorable.
  2. Pop them down to the third division where they belong.
  3. So what players would you like to see back for the testimonial? I'd like to see anyone from our previous division 1 winning team come back. Wilson and Wyness is always good back at ICT too.
  4. I second that. 4-3 Livi was amazing, I think we ended up gettng beat by Forfar in our last game anyway so even if we won against livi we probably wouldn't have won the league.
  5. what console? and if ps3 i cant do ranked cos my ps3 takes at least 5 mins - on a good day - to download the squads xbox 360 - gamertag is ICTPAISLEY
  6. Looking to take on someone at Fifa 11 Gamertag is ICTPAISLEY if you want a game sometime.
  7. I'm at Prestwick tomorrow night for a cargo job, staying at the Holiday Inn in Ayr. Should I go and have a chat with Harry about the Killie game sesh and "shuttle" arrangements or did you remember to call him?? Why the hell would you drink in ayr before a game in kilmarnock. They are about half an hour apart! Yup, 25 mins along the A79 in a car or a 4 hour walk...
  8. Walker - retired from football to help run the family business Ridgers - Nairn County McNulty - Was at Elgin until end of last season but not there now. ??? Smith - no information after leaving ICT. Zibi - went to OKS 1945 Olsztyn (Poland) but now at Korona Kielce (Poland) I was just reading that myself and noticed that Nairn had given David Hannah the ex Dundee Utd and Celtic player a debut last month.
  9. After completing loan spells at Gretna and Inverness, Malkowski was released by Hibernian on 1 September 2008. He has since returned to Poland to continue playing his football at a lower level, with OKS 1945 Olsztyn, his first senior club. It then states that he has moved onto Korona Kielce where he has played 21 times since 2009.
  10. Nonsense , in the last 50 years Newcastle have won the Intertoto cup ,and 3 times have been winners of the Championship / 2nd division . So NUFC has won 4 trophies and we have won....4
  11. ICT: 1-1 St Mirren ICT 2-2 St Mirren 1st ICT Rooney 1st St Mirren Lynch Crowd: 3600
  12. I thought Richie Hart signed for a swedish club but it says on Wikipedia he plays for Hibernians in Malta? Steve Paterson at Huntly has managed 7 points from his first 9 available since joining.
  13. I know what your saying but these sort of things happen very rarely. If we were pushing for the 1st division title and we drew Celtic like Ross County did i'm sure we would have put out a full strength side looking to win the match. Maybe i'm just a bit bitter from turning up at a match that was lost before it even kicked off. The cup matches are always a highlight for me throughout the season .I don't think any ICT manager has given up before a match has started to try and rest players for a match we might lose anyway. I really hope that this isn't going to be a regular occurence either. We don't even play in europe, i can see why bigger teams would field a weakened side in the league cup as they have the league and europe to think about but they also have the squad depth to do that. A couple extra matches 6 weeks into the season can't be that bad for the players.
  14. With Cox out Duncan can slip in with no problem and play alongside Duff, I've been calling for that one myself actually anyway. Heres hoping we can get him back ASAP though.
  15. I have to disagree there to some extent, no our season isn't a mess and i would love us to beat st mirren on saturday but i'm doubting myself more and more each day on the build up to it. We have a lot of injuries just now and it seems our replacements just aren't upto the job. Heres hoping for a win on saturday but if we lose i can see us losing against St Johnstone, Aberdeen and Killie, or stealing a point here and there. Saturday really is a make or break game for us just now and a win could really help us push through what is going to be a hard few weeks with injuries.
  16. I would think most decent managers would be thinking along the lines of saving/resting key players for more important fixtures ahead. As others have suggested the CIS Cup is pretty meaningless - The Midden game is a massive fixture. Even at this early stage in the season, it's imperative we take at least 1 point here. But they are full time professional athletes, i can't understand why they can't play two matches in a week when the season only just started last month! Knackered and injury prone already? if they are we are in real trouble and something is wrong somewhere. Why send out a strong team against Peterhead and not against Celtic?
  17. yeah i agree, and to get that upset over a game that you didn't even go to is a bit extreme. I could understand if you travelled all the way from Thurso but you didn't. I only travelled about 20 miles and i'm still annoyed i wasted ?17.50 plus to see a reserve side getting demolished but i understand why TB done it, i just don't really agree with it.
  18. Excellent post, well done.
  19. I reckon thats a bad attitude from ICT though. Ross County beat Celtic last season, we have beaten Celtic before and we will do again. If i thought we were NEVER going to win i wouldn't have went, I wouldn't have went either if i knew most of the players wouldn't make an effort.

  21. I used to think Football Manager was unrealistic when the OF would beat me 5-6 nil.
  22. No ******* guessing to who you mean there eh :irritated: :irritated: :irritated: :irritated: :irritated: :irritated: :irritated: I think you need to change your attitude. At first it was funny but now its getting very boring, give it a rest!
  23. Either that or Man Utd as we like a wee change in the line up for cup matches.
