Club Support for Proud Ness
I do like the idea of what they are trying to do and i appreciate the effort. they are trying to engage with fans, albeit a minority of them. In practice though, will lgbt people be more likely to attend and give a huge boost to the coffers? probably not. we need to follow this up with other community engagement now and help create a stronger, brighter future for the club. this is a good starting point for something that has been lacking.

What we need in transfer market to improve.
tough to tell with new signings and the season not started yet. we have signed many duds before, and we have also unearthed many gems that we had never even heard of previously. on a whole though i'm looking forward to the new season starting and hopefully we can improve on last season, but i would definitely see promotion playoffs as our minimum aim this season.

Pre-Season
it's great that for once we've actually announced our fixtures rather than finding out about them through the other clubs. credit where it's due for this one, great communication, it's what we've been wanting over the years.

Out of contract this summer?
i would like to see us offer mchattie a year but with an extra year option, and another year extension for donaldson and walsh would be good

Austin to Kelty Hearts?!
he was actually offered a new contract by us, but i am glad he has gone. he was rubbish

i don't want Austin regardless of what division we're in.

Crowds.
county having 900 season ticket holders in inverness cant help. there must be a reason why people are going to see county and not us. they have more season ticket holders than we have attendance most games, including away fans and as much as it pains me to say it Mcgregor is doing things the right way for the club as a whole and the community aspect they have is a lot better than ours has been in a long time. i understand he has a lot of money but it feels as though we just can't get the basics right, and that is an issue.

The ICT Identity
red and blue stripes on our home top should be part of our identity.

Top scorer
personally i would put him third, unless another name is escaping me but i would definitely put Graeme Shinnie and Ryan Christie ahead of him. For now though, Polworth is a cruicially important player for us and i can't help thinking that he has signed a pre contract with St Johnstone and the club just haven't announced it yet, if he was staying it would probably have been announced already that he had signed a new deal.

Highland derby hospitality scrapped due to low demand
have we now lost the extra profit from the tv money? missing out on hospitality money tonight and giving people discounted packages for our other home games. tv wins again.

CEO Stands Down
something i would like to add, is how do we know who at the club has done what, how do we know what person played a part in something, is this still because of a lack of communication with fans? it would be nice to hear when things happen what person helped with it, honestly i don't remember hearing Yvonne's name much (please correct me if i am wrong) but then again we don't hear much at all. I try and keep up to date with things as much as i can but i still feel like some things are being kept from the fans. I feel as though most of the information i hear about the club is from a fan hearing it and putting it on CTO rather than actual communication from the club.

Who's all going to Hampden
I want the game played at Hampden. we don't get to go there very often and some of our best memories come from there. There could be 500 fans or 50,000 fans there and it wouldn't matte r to me as long as i was there.
