  1. tough to tell with new signings and the season not started yet. we have signed many duds before, and we have also unearthed many gems that we had never even heard of previously. on a whole though i'm looking forward to the new season starting and hopefully we can improve on last season, but i would definitely see promotion playoffs as our minimum aim this season.
  2. it's great that for once we've actually announced our fixtures rather than finding out about them through the other clubs. credit where it's due for this one, great communication, it's what we've been wanting over the years.
  3. i would like to see us offer mchattie a year but with an extra year option, and another year extension for donaldson and walsh would be good
  4. he was actually offered a new contract by us, but i am glad he has gone. he was rubbish
  5. a disappointing end to the season, but overall a good season
  6. Brad Mckay has the be the worst defender to ever play for us. mistake after mistake after mistake.
  7. this has the potential to be a huge siging for us.
  8. you can access twitter without having an account, just search up ictfc twitter on google and you should be able to find it, hopecully you can access it this way and get the commentary
  9. got my letter through yesterday, i will get mine at some point although it won't let me buy it online for some odd reason so i'll just phone up this week
  10. i don't want Austin regardless of what division we're in.
  11. county having 900 season ticket holders in inverness cant help. there must be a reason why people are going to see county and not us. they have more season ticket holders than we have attendance most games, including away fans and as much as it pains me to say it Mcgregor is doing things the right way for the club as a whole and the community aspect they have is a lot better than ours has been in a long time. i understand he has a lot of money but it feels as though we just can't get the basics right, and that is an issue.
  12. i wonder why there is a list of 5 this year unlike previous years. no Polworth on the list either, he has been a standout player for us this year imo.
  13. red and blue stripes on our home top should be part of our identity.
  14. personally i would put him third, unless another name is escaping me but i would definitely put Graeme Shinnie and Ryan Christie ahead of him. For now though, Polworth is a cruicially important player for us and i can't help thinking that he has signed a pre contract with St Johnstone and the club just haven't announced it yet, if he was staying it would probably have been announced already that he had signed a new deal.
  15. have we now lost the extra profit from the tv money? missing out on hospitality money tonight and giving people discounted packages for our other home games. tv wins again.
  16. a really important game tonight. if we could win we would almost certainly get a playoff place. big if though. a potential 9 points ahead of Dunfermline with 5 to play for us.
  17. something i would like to add, is how do we know who at the club has done what, how do we know what person played a part in something, is this still because of a lack of communication with fans? it would be nice to hear when things happen what person helped with it, honestly i don't remember hearing Yvonne's name much (please correct me if i am wrong) but then again we don't hear much at all. I try and keep up to date with things as much as i can but i still feel like some things are being kept from the fans. I feel as though most of the information i hear about the club is from a fan hearing it and putting it on CTO rather than actual communication from the club.
  18. I want the game played at Hampden. we don't get to go there very often and some of our best memories come from there. There could be 500 fans or 50,000 fans there and it wouldn't matte r to me as long as i was there.
  19. personally i think that if we did not have the old firm in the Scottish football pyramid we would become similar to the welsh/Irish leagues and i think most fans would love it. It would be hugely competetive and there would be more chance to win trophies. Granted the finances that teams would have would probably be a lot lower and the quality of football may drop too, but everyone that loves their team would continue to support them and enjoy the competetiveness that this would bring.
  20. i thought that we controlled the game in the first half and for about 25 minutes in the second half aswell with no real threat to us, morton had the better of us in the final 20 minutes or so but never really had a clear cut chance to score. Good win and 3 points on the board.
  21. i thought that Gardyne tore apart Brad Mckay at right back, although he scored yesterday i still think that he is such a liability. Hearts didn't want him, St Johnstone didn't want him, and now we are stuck with him.
  22. it brings back some great memories reading that, i don't think we'll get anywhere near that in the next few years with our current squad but i would happily be proved wrong. i can only hope.
