  1. And a cordial balance to you too! I don't think we really know what to expect from this game, but I'd be pleasantly surprised if we won. Who are your best players?
  2. You're both right.
  3. And 10 straight wins?
  4. Pulled his groin muscle
  5. In his post match interview Terry said "Richie Foran and Jonny Hayes had scans today and they are now clear to push on for fitness" which to me sounds like they could be a few weeks away from being fully match fit.
  6. Maybe Foran's about to join Dundee. :_shocked: More to the point, is he officially captain now? Last I recall Butcher was refusing to comment. Did I miss an announcement?
  7. Nothing has been mentioned on here anyway. If we had people watching players, would they wear ICT tracksuits to it? Wouldn't be surprised if we were looking in Ireland though, as our 3 best players hail hail from there (Foran, Rooney & Hayes).

I get the impression that you just enjoy pies, full stop! When I saw you at the last game of the season you had 2 in each hand!
  9. Not a lot of people know this, but "XI" is Roman numerals for "rubbish youth team", as in "Liverpool XI".
  10. Yes but brothels are a bit different. After a relatively leisurely year in Div 1 and a quiet summer, the club have to quickly adapt again to the extra demands and volumes, and it sounds like they aren't quite there, yet.
  11. Are you referring to international clearance from the Legoland FA?
  12. Lampard being dropped and replaced by Japanese cartoon star Hello Kitty. The Sun

Gillet played as a trialist for Leyton Orient in a recent win against Cray Wanderers. Another trialist in his team that day was........Robert Eagle.
  14. Yngwie replied to caley1980's topic in Caley Thistle
He's a stick-on for a place in the first team. And we can expect him to make some good blocks.
  15. Yngwie replied to caley1980's topic in Caley Thistle
I'm surprised nobody has commented on his middle name!
  16. BBC 4 minute interview Here's Terry being interviewed about Saturday's QP game and the new season. The questions and answers are all very standard stuff, but the overall tone is very positive and he seems to be very much looking forward to the season ahead.
  17. Yngwie replied to Johnboy's topic in Caley Thistle
I don't think any of the named people come out of this looking clever. But anyway, on Saturday can someone arrange for our team to run onto the pitch to some banjo music?
  18. Yngwie replied to Johnboy's topic in Caley Thistle
Must be a relief for him and the club that this is all over and he can get back to football without this distraction. We could certainly do with a bit of punch in midfield, and I'm sure he's capable of supporting the attack too. Is he our very own Steven Gerrard?
  19. Ta for the updates Mr Rule.
  20. Presumably we retired the shirt number in his honour.
  21. Presumably you are too young to recognise it, but to those of us of a certain generation, "The Trumpet Hornpipe" is immediately recognisable as the theme music of the animated seafarer Captain Pugwash Leading Edge Computer Generated Graphics. Over the years the show became famous for unfounded urban myths surrounding the character names. Presumably Fleetwood use it due to their fishy heritage.
  22. Whilst pretty meaningless, that is an excellent result.
  23. From that Twitter feed ICTgoat posted a link to. It's written by a Mancherster Evening News journalist.
  24. Half time report Written from a Stockport perspective obviously. SCFC have a couple of trialists playing, and another couple on the bench.
