  1. I actually thought he was dead - so that comment came as quite a surprise! Very funny guy, whose comedy style inexplicably went out of fashion in the late 80's, as far as the TV companies were concerned.
  2. At the moment I can see our season ending in a battle for 10th place with St J.
  3. My calculator tells me that we've earned 1.45 points per game when Jonny has featured (top 6 form), and just 0.57 ppg when he hasn't (guaranteed relegation). So extrapolating being without him for a full season, we'd end up with a Gretna-esque 22 points.
  4. Aye, wasn't bad either for a novice. How many different players have we had in that position this season?
  5. Pretty woeful passing display from most of the team today, and we ended up with a lot of hoofing and head tennis which is no way to bring an attacking threat like Doran into the game. Hibs 1st goal was a belter but it came as a result of Hogg, under no pressure at all, passing the ball out for a throw in. Yet another change in defensive line up, and unsurprisingly they didn't alway look comfortable, but they stopped Hibs creating many clear cut chances. Rossco was solid, my MOM. First time I've seen Alex McDonald play and I liked his effort and running, he reminded me Keogh in his great season, buzzing about all over the place. But what a waste of £22+ to watch that p1sh.
  6. But don't forget that a picnic should be followed by LASHINGS of methadone!

  8. Never seen that trick before. But it was an international match FFS, surely he must have known the world would see what a cheat he is. Mind you, the likes of Rivaldo, Henry etc never seemed bothered by that.
  9. What exactly is the connection you imply between fans standing and seats getting broken?
  10. If our Board have moved more in favour of the proposal, I'd be fairly sure that it's because they are now of the opinion that it is in ICT's interest. That doesn't necessarily mean that it's in the interest of ICT fans, though.
  11. Sensible comment Dad. Looking at things from the "we must avoid relegation" perspective, I'm pretty sure that with 33 points now we could lose all our remaining games and still stay up.
  12. Good win for an understrength side. Let's hope its the start of a league revival.
  13. Sounds a bit subdued at the stadium as well as here on the forum. FFS, we're going to win! A win!!! Remember how good it feels?
  14. Nice finish - is that what Adam was trying to do v Morton?
  15. He needs to get himself back in the shop window. The longer a manager is out of the game, the harder it is to get back in. Good move for both parties, but I can't imagine he'll be there next season.
  16. Presumably Brazil are the home side and this is an away fixture?
  17. Nah, that was a trendy place called That Bar.
  18. A night out in Perth isn't the same since The Plough Inn closed down.
  19. IMO he was never terrific. Decent player, good servant etc, but at no stage was he ever one of our best players, even in the lower leagues. It's just a pity he never fulfilled the potential he showed in his first few years. After becoming a Canada regular at quite a young age, his career peaked when he won the Gold Cup and beat Celtic in 2000. He perhaps lost his way after that and didn't seem to improve much. Good luck to him.
  20. Yep, now on offishul county site:
  21. I think that's a reasonable result for such a makeshift side.
  22. Come on! Keep it tight lads.
  23. I'd like to see the tournament winners get an automatic place in the next Euros and World Cup. Oh, and best give one to the runners up too, just in case!
