Although they seem to do OK when it comes to Man U questions.- Matchday Thread: Dundee Utd -V- ICT
I think it's OK to chuckle at that provided you are laughing at the ignorance of the un-PC vandal.- ICT Away
Yes, but it helps enormously if we are playing well and winning. For example, I don't recall any aspect of the 4-0 drubbing at Falkirk being superb, on or off the pitch. On days like that everyone just sits quietly and thinks "why the **** did I bother coming to see this p1sh?" But I agree that the away days in recent times (ie under Butcher) have generally been excellent. May there be many more days like Sunday at Tannadice.- Other Transfers in Scotland
Hamilton sign Hasselbaink But not the wonderfully named Jimmy Floyd. Instead its his nephew, Nigel! I hope he turns out to be as good as George Weah's cousin.- Just home and going for a lie down
For the uninitiated, left to right: Mantis, my Grandad, Naelifts, Wanderer. This pic captures them getting into the limo for a stag night.- Ryan Esson
I'd rather see Esson playing for Scotland than Kenneth, as either keeper or defender. Esson is certainly much closer to international standard then Kenneth is, and he wouldn't be out of place as 3rd choice keeper in the international squad. If he maintains his form of the last 12 months then Levein will notice him.- Matchday Thread: Dundee Utd -V- ICT
It was a superb strike. Actually, on the rare occassions when Russeldinho scores, it always seems to be a spectacular one. I can recall another great one v Utd, and a curler into the top corner at Brechin. He should shoot more often.- Aberdeen performance
I'd like to congratulate the OP for being the first Dons fan to come on here and not mention 1983. (Yet)- Away fans today
No point complaining about them being unreasonably strict, the stewards and clubs will only ever quote the But do you think that those two stewards and :clown: will go into the crowd and enforce the no swearing rule when Celtic and Rangers visit Tannadice?- BBC Celtic

It could only have been better if "We all love Cox" had been followed up with a chorus of "The stewards love Cox!"- Matchday Thread: Dundee Utd -V- ICT
I'll be watching those highlights again and again. And again. It's interesting that Rangers are linked with a ?2m for Goodwillie. He did nothing yesterday, and wasn't in the same league as Adam and Eric.- BBC Celtic
Perhaps the quality of our goals was causing their system to crash.- Aberdeen performance
You should actually support Fraserburgh mate. They are much better at fishing!- Matchday Thread: Dundee Utd -V- ICT
He moaned that teams like ICT would only bring 27 fans to Tannadice.- Team for Peterhead
That's a helluva run!- Matchday Thread: Dundee Utd -V- ICT
What a great team performance, all over the pitch, based on good passing and movement. McCann's 45 yarder was a joy to watch (I'll actually estimate it at 32 yards) and Duncan's strike was a thing of beauty - throw in, bounces once, whack, goal! Adam & Eric were just too much for their defence to handle. Hayes had a quiet first half but was perhaps pacing himself and was more of a threat later in the game. Amid all the euphoria though, it has to be said that Dundee Utd were very poor. They were totally lacklustre, with no pace or energy and no apparent gameplan. And how many times did they pass straight to us? I find it shocking that Gary Kenneth was playing for Scotland, when on days like this he shows us that he isn't good enough for the SPL. Our forwards gave him a torrid time and he couldn't cope, at all. How many times did he get turned, 6? The sad thing is that IHE got warned and ultimately huckled out after chanting that Kenneth was a p3n1s, when he clearly had a valid point. Anyway, let none of that detract from the main point - we were very good today, playing neat attacking football of the sort that is the hallmark of a very confident team. Yessssssssss!- Roll call for Dundee Utd
Me + Compo, Foggy and Clegg, travelling in an old bathtub on wheels.- Old Scottish Grounds
Has anybody got any pics of the Kingsmills stand on fire?- Other Transfers in Scotland
A rather unfortunate name to have in the cruel world of Scottish football.- Gil's out for a month.
If a couple more left midfielders get injured, Butcher might actually give Roy a game.- Tuffey in NI Squad
I think you are right, for full international squads at least (ie not B teams, Future squads, U21s etc)- Roll call for Dundee Utd
The Centenary on Clepington Rd is certainly the regular prematch boozer for myself and the Summer Wine Crew. - a question of sport
